Tres bien placé en plein centre de prague et tres bien equipé. Nous n'avons pas eu l'appartement reservé de 4 chambres sur votre site et nous sommes retrouvés à 3 couples dans 2 chambres après avoir discuté....!!!... Avons reussi a obtenir au moins une chambre par couple. Dommage cela ne correspondait pas à votre proposition sur le site. |

l'emplacement de l'hotel, la taille de l'apartement (4 belles chambres), la possibiliter de se faire à manger (petite cuisine) 1 seul salle de bain dans un apartement prevu pour 12 personnes, la terrasse sur le toit de limmeuble qui ne s'ouvre pas (on l'a pourtant signaler à la reception quelqu'un est passé et a precisé qu'il repasserait mais n'est jamais revenu reparer, une seule casserole et 2 poeles dans un apartement prevu pour 12 personnes, absence de volets et des rideaux qui ne servent a rien |

la taille de la chambre, la situation de l'hôtel, l'accueil à la réception nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit avec un enfant et mauvaise surprise : 2 chambres séparés dans le couloir alors que sur le site j'avais choisi 2 pièces dans la même chambre puisqu'un enfant avec nous...très décevant |

superb location; clean, modern room, nice staff The fact that we had to checkin at location 1; pay with credit card at location 2 and stay at location 3: from checkin to actually entering our room cost 1 hour. And the fact that i had to hold the shower head to take a shower (hey, i'm lazy) |

My friends recommended as they stay there regularly, the hotel has been recently reconstructed and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Staff was friendly and very helpful. |

Great location, and roof top terrace looking over city was fantastic Having a group of 12 people, we booked 2 x 3 bedroom apartment and 1 x 2 bedroom apartment.The hotel decided to change our rooms and give us one large apartment that fitted 6 persons and 2 smaller rooms for the rest. And they were still going to charge us the same amount. Eventually we got the price down. But still unhappy that half group missed out on fantastic huge apartments. |

I didn't stay in Melantrich Apartments because they changed my place without my agreement just 2hrs before I left for praha. and they only gave the street name without changed hotel name. So it was terrible experience for me and my family. Good location, big room, clean, No ac - window only opened a little, very little cutlery, dishes etc (we didnt want to use the kitchen but if you did there was wasnt much there) staff not great. No proper shower. It had the strangest locks! Never figured out how to get it open altho the people with me could with difficulty.. High security, bad bed - thin mattress no mirror!! |

Newly remodeled rooms. Location is great. Facilities are good. Elevator. Noisy! British stag parties staying at the other apartments do not respect others.The hotel restaurant lets them loudly sit out until 23:00.They come home at 04:00 drunk and loud scream outside. Security will not do anything. Bed is bad, noisy with thin mattress. Poorly made and very creaky. No maid service. No fresh towels and wet bathroom with mildew for entire stay. No mirror. No a/c! Hot! |
