The location was par excellence....the staff very efficient and helpful and the fact that the stay included breakfast was another plus. Oh, and the shower....my daughter loved the fact it felt like bathing in a waterfall! The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with courteous staff. We loved the fact we were able to walk everywhere, while in the very heart of the Old Town. A great experience, one we hope to replicate in the near future. The only thing we did not like were the beds.....way tooooo hard. It seemed as if there were no mattress, just the spring box. Perhaps you can fix that? Otherwise, it was all good.... |

The furniture and fittings in the bedroom and bathroom were excellent. The quality of the breakfast was also very good. Stairs to breakfast. No lift. Whilst the room was lovely nothing on the website alerted me to the fact that you occupied more than one building in the square, I hated having to go out of the building to reception and breakfast. Also didn't enjoy the lack of a lounge/bar area to meet with friends also in the hotel. What sort of so say 4 star hotel refuses to serve residents a drink at 11pm in the evening!! |

The room was just fantastic. It took our breath away. It was lovely that the original features of the room were kept, and the general decoration was excellent. Its position in the centre of the city was marvellous too. We were disappointed with the breakfasts, generally, which were adequate but uninspiring. And despite our general satisfaction with the hotel, there were some features that simply needed attention: the telephone socket was hanging off the wall, and the kitchen tap was completely loose, and could be lifted off the work surface. |

Location - hundred meters from the very heart of the city. Building - renovated old one, keeping "the feel" of the centuries. Just perfect... There was some lack of politeness, discretion and more of respect for privacy of guests. And it is not possible to have breakfast in the room! |

The location was excellent and the room were very nice, we had a junior suite with jacuzzi. The breakfast were not up to standards with a 5 star hotel. The staff could have been more serviceminded and act happy to have guests. |

Location next to Old Town Square was perfect. Room was very nice and well equipped. Small and intimate but theres a price to pay. No robes or slippers-expected this at a 5 star hotel. Bed was big but 2 separate mattresses and quilts- not ideal for a romantic weekend away! Facilities/breakfast were poor for a 5 star hotel. No proper hotel bar or decent restaurant. Being on the square, expect noise from revellers and bars. |

The reception staff were very rude, we did not get the rooms that we booked. We booked 2 double rooms and we got one single room. The said that they had upgraded one of the double rooms but what they really done was split the appartment into a single and double room. this left the double room without a proper shower. |

zentrale Lage, die großen Zimmer. Die großen Zimmer, sehr großes Bad. Launische Mitarbeiter, Musste meine Koffer in den 2. Stock selbst tragen, inkl. Kinderwagen. Mängel im technischen Bereich, z.B. der Jakuzzi funktionierte nicht, Türgriff defekt, Halterungen im Bad locker. Teppichboden machte einen abgewohnten eindruckt. Frühstück im Keller im Haus gegenüber in der Pizzaria (sehr unsauber, inkl. Silberfischchen auf dem Buffet). |

La position de l'hôtel est absolument géniale. Il me paraît difficile d'être mieux placé à Prague. C'était calme et proche de tout. L'hôtel donne sur une petite place pavée interdite aux voitures. |

Cet hotel est un 5 etoiles de l'Est - cad au mieux 4 étoiles. Il est bien placé - mais probablement bruyant en dehors de l'hiver car les chambres sont au dessus de terraces de cafés, bars, etc |
