We enjoyed the long weekend in Prague, the location of the hotel was very good, when we asked for a change of room, as we prefered a room with windows that could open, this was not a problem, breakfast was well organised. |

The location of the hotel is excelente and it's very clean. The price it was very good also. The breakfast staff it's not good. Seems that they are there making a favor for you and we don't have meny options of food. |

Excellent facilities, great location, hearty breakfast, clean, comfortable rooms It would be useful to have front office staff who speak good English; on a number of occasions, we had to wait while the person we spoke to went to get someone who could speak better English. |

I liked the location of the hotel, cleanliness, comfort and the location of the second room: 7th floor, facing the castle. Only my first room with window to a concrete wall. |

I sent my parents here to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary so this feedback is theirs! "The staff were fantastic. They were so helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we were well looked after. The food was terrific and I could not fault anything about the hotel. It really made our stay in Prague absolutely wonderful. We're hoping to go back next month for the Christmas markets and we would not stay anywhere else!!" |

The hotel Design is wonderful, very modern and comfortable. The location is great, and you can easily arrive there from the airport by public transportation, ask the hotel. Wonderful Hotel to a Wonderful city. I just think that would be a good idea to have a box (glass) in the shower. |

Excellent location close to transport links and the Old Town etc on foot. Modern, contemporary hotel. Helpful staff. Very throrough domestic staff. Buffett breakfast varies enough for the price. They also offer omlettes cooked to order. However, pots of tea are not supplied with a jug of milk; you need to ask for that (to bemused expressions!) No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms |

In a perfect location, an ideal base for sightseeing as everything is within walking distance. Also there is a Tesco right across the road so this is perfect for picking up snacks and drinks. The hotel is bright,modern and comfortable, I loved the luxury red carpet in the bedroom. It was also brilliant to have a bath as after a long day walking it was the perfect way to relax. Rooms were cleaned everyday, towels changed and toiletries replaced. Also the breakfast was plentiful and varied so I really would recommend this hotel. Very few English speaking channels on the TV, think there was only two so that was a bit annoying. Also while you could buy movies to watch they cost €16 which was ridiculous. |

location and kept clean--in the main friendly staff seating in resturant and bar was modern but uncomfortable bedroom view was a white wall just outside window--couldnot/wouldnot change my room--however very quiet |

Prague is fantastic city to visit for a few days, with plenty to see for everyone. The hotel is in good central position, Was a little disappointed with the size of the room and there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room |

clean,new, nice linen,nice view over prague roofs and towers-ask for 6-8 floor.location in downtown room definitely to small for 4* hotel, just shower no bath,,,breakfast with nonmotivated personal used to silly clients of travel agencies,I had to ask 3 times where to find something |
