Location and silence At your web site there's an information that parking is free - the same was written on the voucher - but the staff tried to force us to pay for the car - they explained that's an error on your site, it would be nice to clear that point |

The location and the fact that the staff were totally lovely but were not constantly pestering you! The finishes of the rooms were a little poor (leaky showers due to poorly fitted shower screens, wonky door handle finishes etc - only tiny things, but not what is expected for a four star hotel). |

Quite hotel with few guests, elegance of the rooms, and the surroundings of a prior Monastery. The cleaning lady talking on the mobile phone in front of our room early in the morning, several mornings. |

I found the staff helpful. I was pleased with the location - the area was peaceful but near to facilities such as tram stop, Czech restaurants, gift shops and other touristy venues, many tourist sites are nearby (eg the monastery on the doorstep and the castle) and cash point. The monastery grounds are lovely and there is the monastery's micro brewery two minutes' walk from the hotel (decent beers - I preferred the St Norbert's amber beer). Being English, I was delighted to find tea/coffee facilities in our room. This is an historic building, with many attractive features and on an attractive historic site; despite this, we had a modern en suite with a fantastic shower! My partner was not happy with all the stairs and lack of lift. This is a little hotel so I was happy to accept that reception is not manned during the night (although there is an emergency 'phone number to another hotel), also I did not mind the lack of lift and the stairs as I had read the comments of other visitors and knew what to expect. One thing I would mention to visitors, though not a reflection on the hotel, I had my pocket picked at the Castle - this problem is rife in all touristy cities - I should have used the hotel safe in our room. |

The staff and facilities were both excellent. The location in relation to the city was also excellent. The room was a little small, but everything else made up for that fact. |

The location was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were exactly what we wanted. Would be difficult for guests with walking problems because there are lots of stairs to some rooms and no lift. Could be a wider range of satellite channels available. |
