Best Western City Hotel Moran  

Fantastic location, just few minutes from metro station, few stops from absolut city center, very kind staff, clean room, very tasty breakfast.

Location, very close to metro station and trams into city centre and tram 22 to The Castle. From airport took bus 100 to Zlicin,(end of metro B,/yellow line) then metro to Karlovo namesti. All day public transport ticket 110 Kc / £3. Pick up public transport map at airport and buy all day ticket. Hotel Moran also sells tickets. Near to river and walking distance to city. Close to corner shop. Room very good with flat screen tv with uk and usa news channels, two duvets, hairdrier and shower gel and soap. Breakfast good, hot and cold buffet, even sparkling wine available to make a bucks fizz! I would recommend Hotel Moran for a three or four night stay for a sightseeing trip of Praha.

Tables in dining room rather too close, especially for a buffet service breakfast.

THe Internet network

Very nice hotel. The room was very clean, I had a smoking room, but you would have never known that. The location is okay, you are only about 1km from the train station. Metro/Tram/Bus station right around the corner. Close to the airport. 400Kc for a taxi to Ruzyne, Just dont let the yellow taxis try to charge you 900kc fora taxi. I told them they were out of their mind and haggled them down to 200kc, but he was really wanting 400. The staff is very nice. Breakfast was good, but typical European buffet selection.

My only problem was trying to connect to the wifi. It kept timing out and I could not really be online for more than 5 minutes before it completely dropped off.

Wi-fi was terrible. Very low signal level.

We drove to Prague and expected some difficulties finding the hotel but it was extremely easy. Parking was opposite side of the road, We paid for three days 1000 czk. The location was only for a little walk to get to middle of town, and also a short walk to get public transportation. We had a silent room, facing a court. Our room was spacious ,clean with a comfortable bed , good shower. Service was high quality and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price included an excellent Mediterranean breakfast too. We would highly recommend the hotel as a good value for money accommodation, walking distance from the main tourist attractions. We spent a wonderful week in Prague, We will return to this Hotel, recommend it to all. Only inconvenient: The internet in the rooms did not work very well

1. The Wi-Fi or didn't work at all, or worked very, very slowly. 2. Sometimes it was a problem with hot water. 3. When I received hotel's receit it was mentioned that I am from Iran(!?). When I asked operator why they decided that I am from Iran, he checked in hotel's documents and answered that it is hotel's mistake. But when I asked him to give me the correct document, he said that this information is in computer and he cannot change it (!!!). It looks as unbelievable story but you can easily check it. This conversation was on my leaving of hotel at 5 p.m. October 15th, 4. I cannot understand how such hotel can be awarded as 4-stars hotel. I think that even 3-stars looks as too high.

Rimelig pris. God beliggenhed ift. offentlig transport. Daglig rengøring. Dejlig morgenmad. Kaffefacilliteter og køleskab på værelset. Roligt hotel - ingen støj fra andre gæster. Stort og rummeligt værelse.

Meget fåmælt og meget lidt smilende receptionspersonale. Støj fra sporvognene på gaden - specielt ved åbnentstående vinduer. Lidt hårde madrasser.

Aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun. Destul de central. Mic dejun bun. Wi-Fi gratuit. Dancing House la 3 minute.

Parcare in apropiere, scumpa (25 euro/zi).

в отеле понравилось, в общем-то, все. расположение отеля по отношению к центру города - 15 минут прогулочным шагом до карлова моста по набережной, от отеля до станции метро и остановки трамвая 4 минуты пешком. завтраки хорошие, номера удобные, достаточно большие. рядом есть хорошие ресторанчики.
