Best Western City Hotel Moran  

The location was good, outside the most crowded areas and yet near the tourist-attractions as well as the peaceful hotel itself not crowded either; very friendly and english-speaking staff from whom we got all the help and guideness we needed.

We drove to Prague and expected some difficulties finding the hotel but it was extremely easy. Parking was opposite side of the road, We paid for three days 1000 czk. The location was only for a little walk to get to middle of town, and also a short walk to get public transportation. We had a silent room, facing a court. Our room was spacious ,clean with a comfortable bed , good shower. Service was high quality and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price included an excellent Mediterranean breakfast too. We would highly recommend the hotel as a good value for money accommodation, walking distance from the main tourist attractions. We spent a wonderful week in Prague, We will return to this Hotel, recommend it to all. Only inconvenient: The internet in the rooms did not work very well

Good location. Nice room. Kettle and fridge in room. Shop in reception. Very helpful staff. Good advice in folder in room. Breakfast up until 11 am. Great

Clean and large room. Breakfast was small but very nice. Free Internet was fast.

This is a good value for money, but nothing especially remarkable. The breakfast is quite good, the room is a little on the small side, but acceptable.

First off, it occured to be not that close to the city center as we expected. Secondly, the room which was supposed to be non-smoking one, had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. And finally, though I indicated in my booking that there would be 3 guests including one child, upon arrival in hte late evening, we found the room with one bed and just two pillows (the third pillow was readily brought by a night receptionist on duty though).

Modern, well situated, good service.

Wi-fi was terrible. Very low signal level.

Small but nice and clean room. Good breakfast. Coffee and tea maker in the room warmed the body after a day in the cold of the city.

Some noises from tram and police's cars. But if you're tired you don't hear them ;)

Good breakfast, descent price, good location - close to the subway.

Noisy street, loud trams, close to the hospital so expect many ambulances through the day.

1. The Wi-Fi or didn't work at all, or worked very, very slowly. 2. Sometimes it was a problem with hot water. 3. When I received hotel's receit it was mentioned that I am from Iran(!?). When I asked operator why they decided that I am from Iran, he checked in hotel's documents and answered that it is hotel's mistake. But when I asked him to give me the correct document, he said that this information is in computer and he cannot change it (!!!). It looks as unbelievable story but you can easily check it. This conversation was on my leaving of hotel at 5 p.m. October 15th, 4. I cannot understand how such hotel can be awarded as 4-stars hotel. I think that even 3-stars looks as too high.

Amplasament foarte bun, legaturi de transport public, zona linistita, restaurante si magazine in jur, mic dejun suficient.

Plata in coroane, nu in euro, chiar si de pe card, camere mici la ultimul etaj.

El hotel esta magnificamente situado y comunicado.es un tres estrellas bueno pero no ,desde luego de cuatro.ademas tuve la "mala suerte" de que mi habitacion deluxe resulto ser una de las peores del hotel mas pequeña que el resto,dando a un patio interior,lleno de cascotes y escombros .la cortina estrpeada permitia la entrada de la luz,por la mañana ,de pleno,y cuando intentaron repararla la dejaron,practicamente, igual.no tenian una cornisa que "condujese" el agua por lo que esta caia ,libremente,sobre el alfeizar,con un ruido profundo,continuo e inaguantable,toda la noche.menos mal que solo llovio un día.cuando deje el hotel les comente lo de "la habitacion deluxe" y me contestaron que podía haberme cambiado a otra lo cual es inaceptable pues el proporcionarme la "peor" habitacion del hotel aunque aceptable,lo causaron ellos,a mi llegada,pues sabían ,perfectamente,lo "que me daban" y las condiciones de mi reserva,que no respetaron en absoluto

Прежде чем забронировать, читала отзывы. Отель оправдал все наши ожидания. Рядом с центром и в то же время в тихом месте. До метро и трамвая хода минуты 3. Завтраки очень приличные, персонал дружелюбный и обходительный.

К минусу могу отнести слышимость через дверь. Правда столкнулись с этим один раз. Вечером возмущены были громким разговором у нас под дверью. Злились минут 10, потом все-таки решили сделать замечание. Открыли дверь в коридор, а там никого. Оказалось немец в номере напротив по телефону говорил.
