The breakfast buffet is ok.

- Coming from the motorway, the sign to the hotel still shows the Mövenpick name, so I drove past the hotel. - The rooms are old and in need of refurbishment. - The free wifi has a limited number of connections so I could not get on even after trying for 30 minutes. The hotel does not seem to offer a paid wifi as an alternative. - When asking for a taxi I was directed to the hotel taxi, which was 3 times the price of a regular taxi. - The worst value for money I ever had in Prague. I will not stay there again.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, clean, great service and facilities, helpful staff. Convenient location close to shopping centre and not faraway from underground. Free wifi in the room.

The location is good; easy to get there from the motorway and easy to get into town; the Breakfast was excellent! The price is reasonable for what you get.

The WiFi did not work on the 3rd floor, only in the lobby and staff is only passively saying they are aware and the it company is working on it; parking is pretty expensive with eur22 per day; the room could do with renovation

The breakfast was very nice - in particullar the omelette. The staff was very king and helpfull.

The rooms would need some renovation. Also the gym equipment is nothing special.

Breakfast was great, Location very good. Beds were good.

Could not get room cool enough for us (even with radiators off and thermostat at desired setting) and opening window was not possible. Concierge couldn't be bothered to get off the phone to assist us, referred us to receptionist/clerk who referred us back to him and he was still on phone!. Apparently no porter help with our luggage as there was when the hotel was the Moevenpick. Generally, the hotel has gone downhill since it became the nh Prague.

This hotel have very nice second building on the hill which can be reached by smart red cable car with amazing view of Prague. Hotel is very clean, staff is nice, food on the breakfest is really good.

The staff was friendly and helpfull, the concierge gave us a lot of tips about what to do in prague. The room was clean and tidy. The houskeping service was doing a good job. Its a good quality/price and the area around the hotel was secure and near to the tram station and the metro too. Very good service.

The internet was not available in the room but still for them its working. Had dinner in the hotel one night we were very dissapointed with the menus. They shld only serve breakfast or change the chef of the hotel.

The hotel is great value for the money. The parking is expensive but the zone around the hotel is free and its not a problem to a find a parking place. There is metro and tram stations nearby with direct lines to the centrum.

Old interier, cold room with broken heating system, step between bathroom and corridor - the best way to break your foot finger, flickering emergency exit sign like in horror movies.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is close to metro station Andel, which is few stops to city center. *Broad choice of breakfast, especially freshly made omelette by russian lady, I would recommend;)

This was my 4th visit of nh Prague (ex-Mövenpick) and I would say the worst. The hotel is divided into two buildings connected with cable car, which is the most IMPORTANT FACT for now. Upper part - new renovated premises, quiet area, beautiful view, spacious rooms with high ceilings furnished in modern style with coffee machine, nice working desk and big windows, tower lounge bar on 4th floor. Lower part - main building with most of the rooms, mainly used for conferences and company meetings - noisy, smaller rooms with old furniture, dirty carpets, in my opinion renovation is necessary, limited wifi signal due to large area. This time I had the lower part. So anytime booking this hotel, make sure you get the upper part.

Upper part of a hotel, which is connected by cable car was awesome. Hotel is newly furnished in modern design. I got a room on 4th floor with beautiful view on Prague. Room was furnished in modern style with high ceiling, coffee machine, working desk and huge window facing Prague from top, bathroom was clean which was the most important factor for me. Overall impression of rooms and premises was excellent. Staff was very kind, helpful and talkative. Selection of breakfast was not that broad, but sufficient On 4th floor there is a nice lounge again with views opened till 2am every day, which I liked the most. Honestly, I definitely recommend this hotel.

The journey with cable car takes time, so count with few more minutes before you leave for your meeting.
