+asked bath, got bath +near to the main street +asked late check-out, got it
-walls are too thin, so you can hear whats going on outside the room, upstares and downstares
Great location and helpful staff
Very confusing room plans and some took so long to get to
The view from the room was perfect
No parking area
Very old. Dingy. Needed basic repairs and/or replacement of things like carpet. Needed TLC in our room/bathroom.
1/2 block off Wenceslas Square
Location is really handy because the metro stop is right opposite the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and varied!
Basic facilities with an enormous bedroom but utterly bare! The security is dodgy with doors that need replacing a good crash pad but no western facilities at all! Would suit a stag party looking to sleep about 20 of you in one bedroom........
perfect location, just 2 minutes to Wenceslas Square and metro station.
the beds are not very confortable and the room does not have enough windows for clean air and day light.
Breakfast was great
Room was clean but everything seems, sheets and towels have holes on them...we arrive at night and the recepcionist doesn't seem very nice however it changed in the morning...but just a little bit. The area is noisy during the night because of ambulances, I don't know if there's a hospital nearby... The area at night doesn't seem nice...
Staff is accommodating.
Not every floors have wifi. Ask for a floor with wifi if you want/need it.
Great location. Friendly Staff.
Rooms need updating . breakfast room dark and not very welcoming. Overall cleanliness could be improved.
Close to Wensceslas Square Not expensive Well-functioning wifi
Someone else's underpants were hanging in the bathroom when I arrived at the room. Hotel is noisy, floors creek when someone walks past your room Walls were filthy Floor was dirty Hot water lasted very short Breakfast was not fresh (eggs especially) Many stairs to climb (even after using the lift) Sheets did not fit the bed Pillow case was torn Hand towels were removed each day but never replaced
Reception service and terrase.
Noisy stuff, problems with shower...
Great location for city centre, the car park is a big plus. The beds were quite comfortable and arranging a cot was not a problem. Breakfast included in the room rate.
The room was quite basic and dated with a tiny bathroom. Could have been cleaner. We did not enjoy the water pressure dropping during shower in the morning. But essentially you get what you pay for in a good location.
Close to metro
Overall just kind of "meh". It was a place to sleep. Wifi was extremely spotty and it just felt a little creepy. Really, if I went back, I think we'd stay somewhere closer to the main sites to see.
Wonderful city view from the room on the top floor. Small but warm room. Local breakfast. Suitable for young people!
I paid roughly US$63 for a single room on a Tuesday night. The location is terrific--very close to the Old Town Square, and very easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived early in the day, before my room was ready, but no problem checking in and leaving my suitcase. The room was clean and comfortable. It was definitely a budget room, but for the price, that's to be expected. I tried to get a room here on my return through Prague, but found the price had about doubled (5 days later, on a Sunday night).
the cleaning ladies were good, the breakfast was fair and the location was good, otherwise I didnt enjoy it
they gave us a room that was 10m walking in the street then about 100 stairs up with no elevator, we asked for the money, they suggested to change the room then it seems that they had more rooms in the site of reception where their is an elevator
Great location, the guest have to walk 5 minutes to get in the very center of Prague. Good staff, very helpfull and nice. The room we had was big and rather clean.
The renovation of the hotel is not very comfortable for guests, no elevator (and high ceilings) and ridiculous use of great space in the room. TV doesn't work, some lamps are burned out.
They dont know anything about differences between standart and superior room.we booked superior room but they gave to us standart and uncomfortable dublex room which has not clean.they are unprofesionel and you cant find anybody at reseption at all time.their room key system also has some problem,it doesn't work after one or two hours when you got.
The hotel is in the city centre with an easy access to all attracions especially if you are fond of walking. As we had breakfast included in the price I must say it was great as it was organized in a buffet style so everyone can find something for themselves.
As we had a room on the first floor, it was quite noisy at night.
police sirens all day long
I liked only the location and the girl in receptionist was very friendly
The rooms are uncomfortable, everything is unorganized, free rooms are not clean. I would not recommend it to anyone and will never ever book the room in this hotel again.
I got in late due to hurricane weather delaying Euro flights and walking into room 501 with floor to ceiling window night views of Prague. The room has the same spectacular view as their roof top terrace. The internet connection was good. The buffet breakfast had lots of choices and was included in price of the room.
No aircon , no fan ..hence rooms can get stuffy .
View from the terace. Location near the Main railway station and city center. Breakfast.
1) Too many stairs even in the room that was in the attic. One of us fell down in the room because of the stairs!! 2) Too short bed for tall persons. 3) Ridiculous transparent bathroom wall. 4) One of the ladies at reception welcomed us rather in hurry and unpolite-She was busy drinking wine with a friend and didn't offer us any information about sightseeing nor even the map of Prague.
