Very very nice room at last floor. Clean, comfortable, silent, panoramic view, amazing furniture. Not all rooms seems to be renewed as the our. Rooms in front of main road may be not so silent. Good breakfast. Also good restaurant, medium prices. Location very good for visiting the city by foot. |

the staff were pretty helpful. the room was clean and warm. the hotel was pretty quiet at night so good if you just want to relax after a big day's sightseeing. it was very easy to get to by public transport from the airport. it was very central for sightseeing and the xmas markets. it looked kinda quirky and different. great value for money. when the room was cleaned we weren't given clean glasses. the room we had was right under the rafters so it was like a dormer room. my poor mum kept hitting her head on the ceiling so we moved the beds in to the middle of the room. the only tv station in english was cnn. the buffet was plentiful but very basic and the coffee wasn't very good. these tho are minor things. overall we were happy with our stay and value for money. |

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great so was the size of the room. The staff were very helpful to ring the theatre to reserve tickets to the opera. The bedding had holes in it and there was noise coming from the main street. It would have been nice to have the kettle in the room. |

Our room was wonderful, comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning. We really appreciated the location of the hotel because we stayed there because of the concert in Lucerna. We had windows which were heading to the street so it was a little bit noisy and we missed the curtains - there were the street lights! |

Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Good restaurant in basement. Only about 100m from Wenceslas Square and Central Museum so excellent location for getting to and from. Shower fittings were a bit basic. |

Staff of the hotel is very polite and with lots of proffesionalism, always packed with a smile :) Great views of the old city and Castle loaf from the 5th floor 501-502 (mine) and i guess 503 rooms as well as from the terrace above them. The hotel administration confirmed my booking through the site by email and gave me the chance to ask for and finaly get the room that i wanted!Great service on that.1 min walk till Weslescas Square,10 mins normal speed walking till the clock, plus other 5 till the Charles Bridge but this depending also to the route that someone will follow. You need around 50 mins to 1 hour since you ll board to the bus No 119 (airport) and till you reach Muzeum metro station, which is situated right opposite of the hotel. My room supposed to be double and for new married couples. But the beds were twins and placed close to each other. Also the bed covers are for each person and with not so wide as they should be.If you rase your knees, the sides will come up and you ll get some fresh air during your sleep :) |

Ideal, quiet location just off Wenceslas Square. View of the castle etc from our room was fantastic.Continental breakfast plentiful and included hotdog type sausages and eggs! Tea and coffee facilities would have been very welcome at the end of the day. The contract quality cord carpeting could have been updated. |

Location was fantastic for all city venues. Public transportation was close to all Metro lines, several Trams and buses. Close to shopping, museums, restaurants and bars. Hotel fairly quiet for it's central location. I stayed in the Hotel's additional rooms, located in an apartment building next door. Rooms were nice, but they were on the thrid floor with no lift. |

You can't beat the location or the price of this hotel. We were in one of the "budget" rooms. We got the bare essentials, but as a tourist, we weren't in our room very much anyway. Our room was very clean and modern. It was also very secure. We had to unlock four doors to get into our room! It was perfect for us... A young couple visiting Prague on a budget. There are no other hotels in this immediate vicinity for this price. It was quite a deal. You are one block off of Wenceslas Square There is no elevator, and we were on the third floor of a very steep stairwell. The only nuisance with this was getting our luggage up. This was not so pleasant after many, many hours of travel and no sleep. Also, we had a tv in our room, but it didn't work. We were just told that they were switching cable companies and that some TVs didn't work. There was no offer of an alternative or apology. Not a big deal though... We didn't come to Prague to watch tv. One thing that would have been nice would have been a coffee maker in the room. I just assumed that we'd have one, but we didn'T. |

close proximity to city centre is good. Easy access to public transport. Good airport transport service. I stayed in two rooms firtly with two other people in a 4 person room on level 4, this room was old and bathroom facilities were not great. Sound proofing in rooms is terrible, we could hear every person coming in or out of the hotel and all their conversations in the rooms near by! The second room was for me and just one other person and it was on the top level was very small and cramped for space bathroom facilities were new but there was not enough hot water (very poor) also being a loft room the ceiling was too close to the bed and dangerous for hitting your head. Also too many stair and levels in the room also found this to be dangerous. Again the noise levels was bad, and the doors all slam shut on this level. |

The hotel was brilliant. The rooms were spotlessly clean and huge! Excellent location for shopping and only 10 mins walk to Old Town. Excellent breakfast! Staff were friendly which is very rare in Prague! Gave friendly advice and were patient. Restaurant attached did lovely food but staff were rude! The restaurant staff were unfriendly and rude, even after we left a big tip! Would not go back until they learnt some manners! |

Clean and big room, for the first time in my life I actually got a room which was also on the picture of their homepage. Good location, great staff and good price. There was floor heating in the room which was hard to adjust so it was quite warm in the room. But not too bad. |

We stayed in the newly renovated part of the hotel. It is stylish and functional, with an absolutely amazing view of the city. The beds were so amazing I had a hard time leaving to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are very inconsistent, while our's was brand new we passed many shabby looking rooms. You will also have to walk up stairs no matter which floor you are on. The elevator only gets you part way up. |
