Located in a historic building in Prague’s Old Town, just 200 metres from the Orloj Astronomical Clock and the Old Town Square, Prague Boutique Apartments offers comfortable rooms with free WiFi...
Score from 84 reviews Very good
I'm not a rich, but I like too much basic cleaning and hygienic issues. The hotel is really simple and without any kind of comfort. For me it's not a problem but the room is totally different unlike as suggested by website photos. We did not have good times there. #positive 1) breakfest
1) missing basic cleaning and hygiene issues 2) without daily cleaning in the room 3) poor internet connection
There is no heater in the room at Oktober!!!! At the top of the hotel there are some room where is no heater and outside was around 0 Celsius... They was not friendly and helpfully when we complained but they give another room were you can not close the window!!! Much better!!! Congrat! At third time they give us a room in a building site!!! Were was no light!!! Seriously????? Finally after those worst rooms somewhere WE found an electic heater to our room... Thanks so much!!! Never again in this joke hotel!
Location Receptionist Breakfast - many options
Small room Mold in the bathroom Parking is very complicated For heavy people not good bed Missing extra pillow in the room Missing table Everything is too old
The location is excellent, to too far from city center, not too close. Metro station is at 1 minute by feet. The rooms are correct.
Quite cold staff but cooperant. Underequipment in the bedroom. How will might cost a simple light to read at night ? Apparently expensive for the hotel direction. Breakfast is quite awful.
The location was perfect since we were on vacations. On the side of Wencelau´s square, near the National Museum. In 20min walking you reach Old Town Square. Lot's of people and shops everywhere! The bed was really comfortable.
The receptionists have a bad english and the room was in the last floor. There were no curtains so we woke everyday with the sun light.
Staff was very helpful and pleasing.
I was given a room at 3rd floor, it took efforts to reach to the room, their were 3 stairs. Felt more like a maze. If you get there ask for a room on the 5th floor.
+asked bath, got bath +near to the main street +asked late check-out, got it
-walls are too thin, so you can hear whats going on outside the room, upstares and downstares
Great location and helpful staff
Very confusing room plans and some took so long to get to
The view from the room was perfect
No parking area
Very old. Dingy. Needed basic repairs and/or replacement of things like carpet. Needed TLC in our room/bathroom.
1/2 block off Wenceslas Square
Location is really handy because the metro stop is right opposite the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and varied!
Basic facilities with an enormous bedroom but utterly bare! The security is dodgy with doors that need replacing a good crash pad but no western facilities at all! Would suit a stag party looking to sleep about 20 of you in one bedroom........
perfect location, just 2 minutes to Wenceslas Square and metro station.
the beds are not very confortable and the room does not have enough windows for clean air and day light.
Breakfast was great
Room was clean but everything seems, sheets and towels have holes on them...we arrive at night and the recepcionist doesn't seem very nice however it changed in the morning...but just a little bit. The area is noisy during the night because of ambulances, I don't know if there's a hospital nearby... The area at night doesn't seem nice...
Staff is accommodating.
Not every floors have wifi. Ask for a floor with wifi if you want/need it.
Great location. Friendly Staff.
Rooms need updating . breakfast room dark and not very welcoming. Overall cleanliness could be improved.
Close to Wensceslas Square Not expensive Well-functioning wifi
Someone else's underpants were hanging in the bathroom when I arrived at the room. Hotel is noisy, floors creek when someone walks past your room Walls were filthy Floor was dirty Hot water lasted very short Breakfast was not fresh (eggs especially) Many stairs to climb (even after using the lift) Sheets did not fit the bed Pillow case was torn Hand towels were removed each day but never replaced
Reception service and terrase.
Noisy stuff, problems with shower...
Great location for city centre, the car park is a big plus. The beds were quite comfortable and arranging a cot was not a problem. Breakfast included in the room rate.
The room was quite basic and dated with a tiny bathroom. Could have been cleaner. We did not enjoy the water pressure dropping during shower in the morning. But essentially you get what you pay for in a good location.
Close to metro
Overall just kind of "meh". It was a place to sleep. Wifi was extremely spotty and it just felt a little creepy. Really, if I went back, I think we'd stay somewhere closer to the main sites to see.
Wonderful city view from the room on the top floor. Small but warm room. Local breakfast. Suitable for young people!
I paid roughly US$63 for a single room on a Tuesday night. The location is terrific--very close to the Old Town Square, and very easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived early in the day, before my room was ready, but no problem checking in and leaving my suitcase. The room was clean and comfortable. It was definitely a budget room, but for the price, that's to be expected. I tried to get a room here on my return through Prague, but found the price had about doubled (5 days later, on a Sunday night).
the cleaning ladies were good, the breakfast was fair and the location was good, otherwise I didnt enjoy it
they gave us a room that was 10m walking in the street then about 100 stairs up with no elevator, we asked for the money, they suggested to change the room then it seems that they had more rooms in the site of reception where their is an elevator
Great location, the guest have to walk 5 minutes to get in the very center of Prague. Good staff, very helpfull and nice. The room we had was big and rather clean.
The renovation of the hotel is not very comfortable for guests, no elevator (and high ceilings) and ridiculous use of great space in the room. TV doesn't work, some lamps are burned out.
They dont know anything about differences between standart and superior room.we booked superior room but they gave to us standart and uncomfortable dublex room which has not clean.they are unprofesionel and you cant find anybody at reseption at all time.their room key system also has some problem,it doesn't work after one or two hours when you got.
