Staff is accommodating.
Not every floors have wifi. Ask for a floor with wifi if you want/need it.
Great location. Friendly Staff.
Rooms need updating . breakfast room dark and not very welcoming. Overall cleanliness could be improved.
Close to Wensceslas Square Not expensive Well-functioning wifi
Someone else's underpants were hanging in the bathroom when I arrived at the room. Hotel is noisy, floors creek when someone walks past your room Walls were filthy Floor was dirty Hot water lasted very short Breakfast was not fresh (eggs especially) Many stairs to climb (even after using the lift) Sheets did not fit the bed Pillow case was torn Hand towels were removed each day but never replaced
Reception service and terrase.
Noisy stuff, problems with shower...
Great location for city centre, the car park is a big plus. The beds were quite comfortable and arranging a cot was not a problem. Breakfast included in the room rate.
The room was quite basic and dated with a tiny bathroom. Could have been cleaner. We did not enjoy the water pressure dropping during shower in the morning. But essentially you get what you pay for in a good location.
Close to metro
Overall just kind of "meh". It was a place to sleep. Wifi was extremely spotty and it just felt a little creepy. Really, if I went back, I think we'd stay somewhere closer to the main sites to see.
the cleaning ladies were good, the breakfast was fair and the location was good, otherwise I didnt enjoy it
they gave us a room that was 10m walking in the street then about 100 stairs up with no elevator, we asked for the money, they suggested to change the room then it seems that they had more rooms in the site of reception where their is an elevator
Great location, the guest have to walk 5 minutes to get in the very center of Prague. Good staff, very helpfull and nice. The room we had was big and rather clean.
The renovation of the hotel is not very comfortable for guests, no elevator (and high ceilings) and ridiculous use of great space in the room. TV doesn't work, some lamps are burned out.
They dont know anything about differences between standart and superior room.we booked superior room but they gave to us standart and uncomfortable dublex room which has not clean.they are unprofesionel and you cant find anybody at reseption at all time.their room key system also has some problem,it doesn't work after one or two hours when you got.
The hotel is in the city centre with an easy access to all attracions especially if you are fond of walking. As we had breakfast included in the price I must say it was great as it was organized in a buffet style so everyone can find something for themselves.
As we had a room on the first floor, it was quite noisy at night.
police sirens all day long
I liked only the location and the girl in receptionist was very friendly
The rooms are uncomfortable, everything is unorganized, free rooms are not clean. I would not recommend it to anyone and will never ever book the room in this hotel again.
I got in late due to hurricane weather delaying Euro flights and walking into room 501 with floor to ceiling window night views of Prague. The room has the same spectacular view as their roof top terrace. The internet connection was good. The buffet breakfast had lots of choices and was included in price of the room.
No aircon , no fan ..hence rooms can get stuffy .
View from the terace. Location near the Main railway station and city center. Breakfast.
1) Too many stairs even in the room that was in the attic. One of us fell down in the room because of the stairs!! 2) Too short bed for tall persons. 3) Ridiculous transparent bathroom wall. 4) One of the ladies at reception welcomed us rather in hurry and unpolite-She was busy drinking wine with a friend and didn't offer us any information about sightseeing nor even the map of Prague.
View on Prague from Terrace
Kitchen in the room, seperate toilet and a nice window to living room through the bathroom, balcony. Employees are very nice. opposite to national museum 10-15min. distance to astronomic clock (foot).
there are no blackout curtains
Friendly staff, Great breakfast - huge, Being upgraded to 2 bed small app. from twin room! 2 mins from Wencelas square, Metro entrance accross the road
Location. Room with a nice terrace. Breakfast room.
Furniture need some small fixing.
Location was very convenient - close to main train station (for international routes) and to metro stop at the top of Wenceslas Square (for getting to the airport). Wifi worked well. Lovely view across the whole city from our room. Also very convenient that they had drinks in a fridge in the reception and you could pay in euro. Patio area at the back of hotel was nice for relaxing after breakfast.
One serious thing is the dark winding corridor on the fifth floor - the lights are supposed to come on automatically but someone could easily fall down a set of stairs when the lights don't come on. ***We considered this a health and safety issue and one that the hotel really should address urgently.*** Breakfast was very basic - you'd want to go to a cafe such as Paul on Wenceslas Square for your coffee and pain au chocolat. Our room had a bath rather than a shower, so you had to stand up and hold the showerhose, and the bathroom wasn't a closed ensuite, but rather sectioned off with glass.
Roof terrace, the flat was super, big and brand new, breakfast ok, big hotell, interesting place, good value for money absolutely.
We had a problem with the car, as the entrance to the parking that the hotel provides, AND charge 20 euros a day for, is only for small city cars.
Nice bed, beautiful view of Prague on the terrace, nice shower, etc
There was a continuous sound (radiator or don't know) that couldn't let me sleep really well..
服务态度不好 我们定的双人间 给的是五人间 很破 没有电视 和朋友定的同样价钱 他们住的好很多 设施比我们的好的多 给reception 解释 他们说没有办法
Cleanliness, bed comfort,, breakfast, fabulous view of Prague from roof top and was good seating also, staff lovely. It looks like place slowly being done up
Left the sign outside door not to disturb but cleaners did come in, so had to remake my bed the way I like it. A bit complicated with layout and stairs what to take and where. Heat was a problem but the did leave a air con for us. these are the only downside.
The location was okay.
The room was on the attic which was very isolated. Also the shower was awful that we could not use hot water for shower.
