Excellent location right at the center of Prague, English speaking personnel which is not that common in Czech, comfortable apartment in nice condition considering that it's an old building, room cleaned every day, modern kitchen including anything you could possibly need When I booked the apartment they asked me if I wanted a transport service from the airport to the apartment at 28 euros. I thought that it would be convenient and said yes. They told me then that the driver is going to be waiting for me with my name on a sign. When I landed nobody was there with my name tag and I waited for about 20 minutes and nobody came.I Picked another taxi driver from the airport and while going to the apartment I received a phone call by miss Ivana from Myhouse apartment asking me if everything is ok?I Said that no taxi driver was waiting for me so I got another taxi and then she told me that they already charged me about transportation!!! They used my credit card with no permission and they wouldn't even cancel the amount charged. I asked them if I could use the transportation back to the airport since I got charged and they refused so I had to pay again. That was illegal since I didn't get to sign anything and that shows no respect to customer at all

Centrally located, this apartment was clean and airy and spacious but maybe too clinical in its design. The bed was huge and kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. The back of the building overlooks the garden of the local KFC which meant we had to put up with the noise from both the customers and the constant humming of fans from their premises. The noise of this is slightly maddening, especially when the windows are open. As the flat has no built in air con you have to keep the windows open most of the time in order to stop the flat from getting overly stuffy. The staff were another matter entirely, they were rude and unhelpful when it came to our late check in. Because our flight was delayed we missed our midnight check in. We communicated this to the staff when making our way from the airport but despite making various phone calls where we asked them to stay on for us, giving our best estimate for an arrival time they left before we arrived! We were an hour late for our check in, which meant we were left stranded at 1am with no accommodation! The next day we met the staff at their office, we were taken to the flat and given our keys. At no point were we given a proper apology nor were we given a refund for our first night - despite having to pay out to stay elsewhere. I'm understand people have rules but there comes a point when you have be flexible, especially when the paying customer is not at fault and is left deserted in a strange city. This is an extreme case but I was very disappointed with the attitude of the company staff and I will be making further enquries about a refund.

Good location. Secure. Modern equipment in bathroom and kitchen. Exceptionally noisy from downstairs shop's music from 8.45 am to 6 pm. Some noisy drunken revellers. Awful bathroom and soggy mattresses on bed.

Location in old town near the Jewish quarter was fantastic. Easy walking distance to old town square, Charles bridge etc. but very quiet. Staff were great: extremely helpful and professional together with very good English (like most people in Prague!). Apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, tasteful and kitchenette was very useful with fridge, 2-ring hob and all crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Thoroughly recommended!

Location very central to main sites of Prague, you can easily walk everywhere. It was a pleasant surprise that the windows faced the historic Jewish cemetery! None

The apartment was outstanding, we couldnt have asked for better! It was almost a shame that there was so much to do that we didnt spend more time there! The staff were brilliant and the apartment itself was in a great location and was pristine. It was also very good for the money. Would definitely recommend!

Space, the fact that we were updated to a more central location in an architecturally aesthetic late 19th-century building, the fact that we were central but on a quiet street; extremely comfortable beds..good basic cooking facilities, secure building with intercom system. Good communication throughout process of booking and accessing appartment(s). Clean, practical. Access to BBC World News. Being near a mini supermarket. .

We stayed in the Junior Suite on Zatecka street. The apartment was very spacious, fully equiped kitchen, TV in living room and bedroom. Attached balcony, and full bathroom with tub and shower curtain (sometimes hard to find in Europe). There is an elevator. The apartment is ideally located, about 5 minutes from the Old Town Sqaure and maybe 8 minutes for the St. Charles Bridge (walking). There is no public parking in the vicinity of the hotel, but the staff will make arrangements for you at a car park. I was contacted by the hotel staff within an hour of booking, to find out my arrival time. We were very impressed with all of the help we recieved. I would definately stay at this location on my next visit to Prague. It was noisy at night, but I feel alot of that had to do with inconsiderate people staying in the other apartments, slamming doors, stomping and talking loudly in the hallway.

Very good service, we were picked up at the airport and met at the apartment. Travelling as a couple and another adult the two bedroom apartment worked very well. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted as well as easily catch trams around the city. A great location.

MyHouse Apartments was an excellent place to stay in beautiful Prague. I highly reccommend it and would return another time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and organised our arrival very well. Our apartment was lovely and the location was fantastic in the Jewish quarter, and close to Old Town Square. There were 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and no lift. However they can't put in a lift because its a heritage building (I think that was the reason - there were restrictions regarding this anyway). This is really quite minor, and certainly wouldn't stop me returning. But pack light!

We stayed at two apartment at Maiselova street, and loved every thing about the apartment. New apartments, beautifully designed, well located. We loved the view to the Jewish cemetery. Slava was waiting in front of the house when we arrived, and explained everything, and answered few questions, in good English.

Very spacious, new and clean rooms in an excellent location. 2 blocks from the Old Square with the clock and 1 block from a metro station. Very friendly and accommodating staff, which is nice since they are not on site. The luxury suite description says "panoramic views", however there was no view at all. We still liked the apartment, but the description is very misleading in that regard.

The location of the apartment could not have been any better and we were very pleasantly surprised by its size and there were perfectly cleaned. All rooms incl. The bathroom were superbly designed in a very modern, contemporary style and with almost everything you need, even 2 TVs which we didn't need, but who needs those when being in Prague in good company. ;) The prize included a basic breakfast in small cafe nearby that had a lot of character. Also the airport transfer was perfectly arranged. Really, at this prize this place deserves nothing but the very best rating. For those in need of a little more entertainment in the apartment itself, the only things that could be added would be more international tv channels and maybe a small stereo system, although it is easily possible to hook up your mp3 player to the tv as we did.

Excellent service. The apartment was located in the center of the old city of Prague, close to main attractions, but also very private and quiet. The apartment was very clean, beautifuly furnished and equipped with all the facilities one can think about: refrigerator, microwave, kitchensware, laundry machine etc... The staff was very efficient and polite. We were able to eat "breakfast" in a nearby cafe throughout the day. The best way to stay in Prague and visit its sites. We almost did not have to use public transportation. Excellent deal for the price. Highly recommended.

The location of this apartment is in a fabulous part of Prague, in the old Jewish quarter with a view over an attraction other tourists are paying to see. As it is an apartment rather than a hotel, the staff are not on location, but are available if needed by telephone. The apartment consisted of a medium sized bedroom with plenty of storage space and had a fully equipped kitchen which was great as we were travelling with our two year old - although a few extra utensils wouldn't go astray. The only issues were a lack of a lift up to the fourth floor where our apartment was located. It would usually be ok but if travelling with young children, one of the company's other apartments might be worth asking for (the company representative helped us with our luggage on arrival). The included breakfast is probably not really worth worrying about as it was in a cafe some distance from the apartment and was rather basic (although the coffee was excellent) - and if staying for more than a few days would get rather monotonous.

Our apartment was absolutely perfect for our long weekend trip to Prague. The location is excellent - on a quiet side street a few minutes' walk from tourist attractions and the city centre. The woman from MyHouse who coordinated our stay was extremely friendly and recommended fantastic affordable restaurants in the area. The apartment itself was very nicely funished & very clean, with plenty of space, a wonderful bathroom, and a small but adequate kitchen area. The flat was extremely quiet - we didn't hear a single sound from any other guests or tenants in the building during our stay. It was our peaceful, private retreat to come back to after a long day of sight seeing. Can't recommend highly enough!
