Nice, big, modern rooms. Good location, 15 mins walk from center. Receptionists very helpful. Good value for money

No coffee making machine in the room, breakfast staff did not speak english, I would not give it 4 stars...

Staff were helpful and very friendly, rooms were a good size with a great bathroom and shower, very clean. Contemporary design, fairly new so still in great condition. Great value for money. Reasonable location - about 15 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square and 5 minutes walk to metro station. Old Square and Charles Bridge a little further to walk.

Room overlooked the main road, double glazing was excellent so sound didn't disturb unless opened the window. Ask for a room overlooking the garden if you go in the Summer. Breakfast - continental, fairly basic but good quantity and variety at the weekends. This wasn't the case on the week day we stayed, less quantity and variety.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Good breakfast choice with high quality food. In close proximity to the local sights, all within walking distance of the hotel and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Russian speaking stuff, modern design, but not always comfortable. Good to stay for 3 days. Be carefyl about the calling the taxi from the Receprion: the price may be more than the ordinary taxy. Good numbers for stay 508 (big, but bathroom is not so comfortable) 504 is small. The 5th floor is the lasr with the sky-window veiw. Wi-fi free.

Recently refurbished to a high standard, the bedroom was large as was the separate bathroom. The heating was excellent, just right. There was a 32" flat screen tv for those who did not want to go out in the evenings. There was a restaurant nearby for Lunch and evening meal if needed.

I do like English tea at Breakfast, and this was not available initially, but we did buy our own so that was not a problem at all. The only English channels on the 32" tv were news Channels, not nice if you choose to stay in in the evenings.

I liked the modern design of the bedrooms and bathrooms. I liked the view over the garden. My room was v spacious. The room was well ventilated and heating system was easy to control. There was a plentiful supply of hot water. The breakfast was satisfactory in a lovely bright room. We were told the wrong time for breakfast, and arrived late, but they accommodated us without any bad feeling.

I didn't like the fact there was no ice available even though there was a minibar. I borrowed an iron but they did not have a board so I had to iron on the floor. The location was fine for us as we are keen walkers, but there are prettier parts of Prague. I didn't like how floor got soaked when using the shower as there is no shower curtain. I didn't like the noise in the mornings and even though the people upstairs were only walking around, it was very noisy on our ceiling.

The good things are: 1) Very helpful staff.(24/7 response for everything, the staff was so good and nice like no other hotel (due to my job I go to many hotels) 2) Good prices 3) Central location near to metro station 4) In the breakfast every day they had something new. 5) Nice renovated rooms

The only problems that I had was: 1) The wifi signal wasn’t very strong (either to the 5th or 4th floor), they have to check it. 2) The elevator doesn’t stop to the floor that you want exactly, but in the half way. And then you have to take the stairs. 3) Not very rich breakfast

Cut my foot open on slate floor in bathroom really stupid to have this in the WASHROOM........construction wasnt finished yet they rented rooms regardless, there wasnt any breakfast even though it said it was included in the fee of my room

Very modern rooms, nice shower, comfy beds. Location is in close proximity to the main blvr in new Prague.

The street where hotel is located rather ugly, and overall the area is not too nice. The hotel seems to be a converted apartment building but certain things (such as stairwells) are kept as they were and do not fit with the rest of the decor. Strange fit-out for the room - no shelves or wardrobes so forced to keep all of your belonging in the luggage which is a no-go if you spending there more than a few days. I had a room on the top floor and the lighting was also poor - the only main lamp was connected to the fan in the toiler and so you had to endure the fan noise if you wanted to read or work. Wi-fi signal was poor so I ended up not being able to use it either.

The friendliness of the staff was fantastic! Everyone was so nice and helpful. In addition, I was expecting not to be able to use the internet, or be forced to pay 4 euro per hour as stated on booking.com. However, turns out that WiFi is available in the lobby and free for everyone. Internet is also available in the room via cable. Great proximity to main metro station.

Although the rooms are "modern" design, you can tell the carpet and furniture are dated. However, given the price of the hotel, it far exceeded value and expectations.

O hotel é o esperado para um hotel de 4 estrelas, o pequeno almoço é bom e tem a vantagem de ter uma estação de metro bastante perto

fica um pouco longe do centro da cidade (cerca de 20 minutos), o Ar condicionado não funcionava, trocaram de quarto e continuou sem funcionar.
