Hotel NOIR    

Loved the design and artsy feel to the hotel. Our room was spacious and I liked that the toilet and bath were two separate entities.

Overall comment - negative. While it is realy not too far from the center - it is really not too close either. And still costs a bundle. Noise from the street + broken window locks = very noisy night, with police syren to boot. Decoration of the hotel is questioanble and at this moment run-down. Breakfast is ok, but kitchen staff has poor service manners.

The room was spacious, modern, clean and just what we required. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Would highly recommend.

Upmarket hotel in good location quiet rooms at rear good position for walking to river,centre of city, castle and other sightseeing, restaurants and bars close by,tram stops close by

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! We were travelling with 2 couples and all of us could not believe the value for the price that we paid, really affordable and high quality!The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful & friendly at all times. The breakfast buffet was great too, a great choice & fresh fruits.

Hotel NOIR has an exellent location, less than 5 min by foot from one of central metro/tram stations. Tram 22 takes you in 5 min. to the Opera, in 10 min. to Mala Strana and in 15 min. to the Castle. A lot of good bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has a very tasteful modern design, but retains its exterior and some nice interior details from about 1910. Our full-size room with a garden view and a coffee corner was an exellent value for money. Hotel service at the reception and in the breakfast room was good and effective.

Super-charge for some additional services, like parking and transfer to the airport. You can get both directly for half a price.

Comfortable bed, nice staff

There were no slippers in the room, but the floor in the bathroom was very cold.

The design of the room was pretty cool, I've always like reds and blacks together. The Receptionists were also helpful. Room was pretty spacious and clean. Breakfast was not too bad, though could be better for a 4 star hotel.

Didn't quite like that shower and toilet were separate, plus the door to the shower was glass, I like my privacy. Water from shower also tends to leak into the room, so I had to sacrifice my face towel to stop that from happening. Other than that it was a pretty good stay.

I like the general design and look of the Hotel room interior. The hotel is well maintained and location is unbeatable.

In hotel was very nice and helpful personal. If you asked them some questions, they always try to help and did this very professional. Room was always clean and we have clean towels and clean beds sheets, clean carpet. The taxi, when we went home came on time. When we went on trip on river Vltava at the evening was very nice atmosphere, music and good food. We love your city and your people. Thank you very much for comfort and helpful personal. Generally, a nice and good hotel to stay in (parking can be reserved at 20 Euros!); easy public transport in the vicinity. The hotel also accepts both Euros or Czeh currency.

If you choose the rooms on the highest floor, watch out some rooms have toilet at the ground level while the bedroom is at next level. Some inconvenience including the need to carry luggages up to the bedroom. Not an issue if you are yound and able though!

Nice, big, modern rooms. Good location, 15 mins walk from center. Receptionists very helpful. Good value for money

No coffee making machine in the room, breakfast staff did not speak english, I would not give it 4 stars...
