Old Town Square Hotel    

The location was superb on the town square itself and in close proximity to lots of eating places

We were "upgraded" to a suite which was the most disfunctional suite we have ever stayed in. Bathroom only had a bath with a HAND shower and toilet was just about situated in the bath! Room was far too big - my sister had a normal standard room with a view on the square and it had a walk in shower and was very happy.

Good location, right in the center of Prague. Our room was really spacious and comfortable. It also has a great view on Old Town Square. Staff is friendly and helping.

The hotel was very individual. One gets so bored of staying in corporate business hotels. It was refreshingly unique. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast delicious and the service outstanding.

The toilet roll felt a bit budget - this could do with being upgraded.

Some rooms offered a fantastic view over the Old Town Square. The Breakfast was served in The Lobby Bar that turned out to be a comercial morning cafe with an internal entrance from the Hotel. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was first class. The Jazz Bar in the cellar provided live music every night, served well-priced good quality food, and offered discount and payment through the hotel billing process.

It is likely some of the rooms facing the Square may be subjected to late evening noise. Shower fittings were too low.

Location was perfect, right in the very center of the town. The view at the square was also great and the room wa huge!

Not possible to adjust heating. No bath tub, just a (very nice) chower. WiFi not available for 2 days. In general just not the kind of amenities, professionalism, comfort, ... one expects for a 5* hotel.

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of old town square. Very nice building, helpful staff rooms very well kept and clean. I would definitely return.

Internet service a bit slow. Bed is big, however, they combine two small blankets instead one that would cover the whole bed, so you might have some problems covering yourself at night. Also, shower is only a hand-shower that you must be holding on your hands at all times. Kind of tricky to take a shower. Water would leak all over the bathroom.

Nicely appointed room. Close to old town square attractions and shopping. Good walking base. Nice breakfast cafe and restaurant on site.

Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in room. Heated bathroom floor so hot it burnt my feet during the night.

Our stay was awesome!! We would definitely return the next time in Praha.

Perfect location Beautiful big rooms!

Gets a bit noisy at night. Didn't like only having one key and needing to return it each time we left.

Right on Old Town Square in Historic Prague! We traveled to several cities/towns in Germany and The Czech Republic and this hotel was by far the best one that we stayed in. Hugh rooms and ours had a balcony that over-looked the Square. Amazing.

No elevator was a minor hassle.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We had one of the junior suites to the front of the hotel and it was INCREDIBLE! The size of the room was amazing. I have not stayed in a hotel room so large anywhere, especially not in Europe. We had a wonderful view from our room out onto the main square. Truely an amazing stay...thanks!

No wireless Shower has a huge design fault...water everywhere.

Great spacious rooms, well appointed and clean Terrific location in the heart of the Old Town, 10 small steps away from stepping back in time into the history of Prague Helpfu intelligent staff, that speak excellent English.

The staff were excellent, the manager impressed us in particular.

Large luxury room with huge comfortable bed (we are a tall couple) in an amazing location (if you like beiing right at the heart of things in a busy tourist city). Breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were lucky to be given the only room in the hotel with a balcony overlooking the Old Town Square, but others may not be so lucky unless you ask specifically for that room maybe?

Bath was badly designed for the shower over it, which always resulted in an ever increasing canal of shower water accumulating around the edge with no-where to drain, so we had to soak up loads of shower water with a sponge and squeeze it out, over and over, between showers, to avoid flooding the bathroom floor. Great luxury bathroom apart from that (if you just want a bath to avoid the aggro of a shower).

The penalty to pay for being so close to the square is that the room is a little noisy with party goers around the square throughout the night but this did not spoil our stay. The lack of a spa facility for a four star hotel.

The perfect city break hotel, for location and the quality and service were up to 5 star standard. Our room was huge, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Only one thing was the noise at night, only because we had the window open. It's to be expected in such a central location.

Morgenmadens udbud var ikke så stort og brødet var kun frisk en dag ud af de 5 vi boede der

le côté bruyant le soir - une certaine lacune dans le nombre de rangements (tiroirs)
