Lovely apartment, very central, access to a lift, large bathroom
The location was great, right on the Karlova street. The appartment was really clean and had everything we needed. Everything was looking new
Location was in old town square. Best view available. Apartment was beautiful. Will definitely return.
The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The apartment was not in very good condition. For example, there was a crack in the door to the toilet that you could actually see through. There was no sink in the room with the toilet. There was no shower curtain; though if you like baths, the tub was very large. It was up 3 very long flights of stairs - no elevator. With luggage for a large family, it was not easy getting everything up and down.
Ornate and original features and excellent location to enjoy the old town square and within walking distance of other major attractions.
Poor value toilet paper.
The location, amenities, and staff were of a high standard.
Street noise was too much !
We were so pleasantly surprised with our apartment! I think we must have been upgraded, it was huge. Even though the location was so central (3 min from old town square, maybe 8 to charles bridge), it was quiet and safe. Great, inexpensive cafeteria style restaurant underneath the bldg, also a "Hooters." Used their airport transfer for about 20 euro and our host was waiting our taxi when we arrived. We were a bit away from the office, but didn't bother us, and phoned them for another short cab to the train station. Be warned, Christmas market started Nov 29th... we missed it by one day. Elevator, tub, baby cot.. perfect for small children.
Nothing, BOOK IT
This apartment is really beautiful, very big and comfortable. It is properly decorated and situated in the center of the Old Town of Praga.
Really friendly helpful staff large clean apartment and perfect location.
Loud music from the nearby club but didn't affect us as we were out partying most nights.
Friendly helpful staff, apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, and brilliant location.
Very slight smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms (although they had been cleaned thoroughly).
Very good location handy for old town square and other attractions
The apartments were modern and clean and not too far from the old town square.
We were under the impression that all apartments were in the old town square and had a view of the market, but that was not the case, our apartments were about a five minute walk and a lot smaller than the one we stayed in last year.
The location was great and there was nothing wrong with the apartment, but it looked nothing like the images on the website. We were expecting a cute apartment with character, but the one we got did not have that at all. It was overall very good however!
Size, beds, amenities, location, cleanliness, friendly staff, flexible check-out hours. Was an excellent apartment for our time in Prague!
It was difficult to locate the office complex.
Distance. The pancake shop underneath the apartment we stopped in. 2c. But you have to try the pancake shop
The pancake shop was shut sunday!!
Staff are very nice. Nice location. (Near old town square about 3 min walking distance.)
The street is very lively until midnight. But the sound proofing for this building is not quite well. Can't have a nice dream in this apartment.
huge rooms, great beds, nice sofa & dining table, plenty of space. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom nicely renovated
Noisy some nights as there are clubs in the area. BUT that's what cities are like so the atmosphere was appropriate!
great value for money big living room
Large apartment with comfortable beds. Well heated and very close to Old Town Square. Good kitchen facilities. Excellent value for money.
Queen size bed in living area reduced size of living space for relaxation. Uneven floors and steps due to under floor heating. Loud hot water system.
Despite having a few concerns, prior to our stay, after reading one or two negative reviews about the location of the apartments - the address given on the site is that of the office which manages the bookings/apartments - we were delighted to discover that we had absolutely no need to worry. Our apartment was superbly placed and palatial, with huge rooms (3 bedrooms, one - the largest, was so grand that it doubled as the lounge, but it was so huge that the bed didn't cause an obstruction or detract from our comfort or enjoyment when using the room as a sitting room. The apartment also included a large, dining kitchen equipped for 8 with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer, a spacious modern bathroom with bath and shower over and a large entrance hall, all sympathetically restored and cleanly decorated. The flat had high ceilings and lots of natural light with a great view out of the front windows (ie. from the lounge and the 2 front facing bedrooms). It was meticulously and impressively clean and had everything you could desire to make it a home from home. All the equipment worked and the flat, despite its overwhelming size, was warm and cozy throughout our stay (last week in November). It is only 15 minutes from the main station on foot and if you take the airport express bus from the airport into the city (for 60 CzKr) and get off at Nam. Republiky, it is just an easy 5 minute walk to the main office and the apartment is round the corner. The staff in the office (open 24 hrs) were welcoming and helpful, even providing a European adaptor plug when we discovered we had forgotten ours. Towels were changed midway through our stay, ie. after 2 days, and rubbish removed. We loved the fact that we could nip over the road to the bakers (open from 6 am) for morning croissants/pastries and more. In fact, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
The road outside can be a bit noisy at times - intermittent traffic and late night revellers making their way past were occasionally disturbing into the early hours but the proximity to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge outweighed this slight inconvenience and we would definitely stay there again.
The location was the best. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Enjoyed having a kitchen. It was also nice that the toilet was in a separate room from the shower/bathtub area. We were six adults traveling together and I was concerned that only one bathroom was going to be an issue. But since the toilet was separate, we had no problem at all.
We had a large amount of luggage and the elevator was up a flight of stairs, so we had to carry our luggage up stairs to get the elevator.
Location, price and size of the flat.
staff could've been a bit more helpful.
Wifi is a little weak
Big apartment for only two persons. Three bedrooms, one of them including a sofa and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen had all you want...
Only one too small wc. Bad lockers on the entrance doors to the hoes and to the apartment.
