Located in the centre of Brno, 50 metres from Náměstí Svobody, the self-catered Apartmánový Dům Centrum offers a unique code system instead of keys.

Designed by the famous architect Antonin Blazek in 1893 and extended in Art-Nouveau style in 1902, the Slavia hotel enjoys a central location right below Spilberk Castle.
Score from 730 reviews Good
Room was clean and comfortable. We got in late and the receptionist quickly checked us in and got us parked for the night. The breakfast was more than adequate to start the day. Overall, a great value and comfortable stay near the city center and sites.
The only negative I can think of was that room was a bit warm, but it was fixed quickly when we turned down the thermostat.
Quiet neighborhood Parking Breakfast
Cuisine Bathroom cleanliness Unsafe neighborhood
Nice and tidy. Helpful staff. We had reserved an economy room but was upgraded to a Superior room at the same price. Free parking and internet.
The neighbourhood was worn and garbage in the street.
Great facilities, Interesting local, a real diamond in the rough so to speak....
outside not to good,in side lovely
it was a dog convention, asked to change rooms but they said all rooms are full-with dogs?
very nice modern lux room, very nice and clean bathroom, one of the best rooms i ever been. Private secured parking was just super. In general i would say that every time i would go back to Brno, that will be the first hotel i ll prefere to go!
The area is not the best it could but there's no problems at all... I didnt like that i didnt have the time to stay longer :-)
New building, everything is modern and clean, near to the center, with closed parking lot.
The neighbourhood is not very comforty, there's a lot of gypsies around, bumped cars. Better to park inside the hotel.
THIS HOTEL IS SMALL, PERSONAL AND IN A QUIER LOCATION SO YOU CAN GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP! BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED WITH A WONDERFUL RESTAURANT FOR DINNER AND A HUGE SELECTION AVAILABLE FOR BREAKFAST. I WOULD DEFINATELY BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN IF VISITING PRAGUE.
NOTHING TO DISLIKE!
both reception and restaurant staff was really nice and helpful, it was quiet and veeeery comfortable. the restaurant was also quite good, especially considering the fact that there was no other good places to eat nearby. the city center was close to the hotel.
well, the hotel is located in quite a scary looking area with locals wandering around and we were really afraid to come back to the hotel when it was dark. it's safe and nice inside though :)
Room design, helpfull staff, great breakfast.
This part of the city is not nice, gipsy neighbors were very loud during night.
hotel is pretty new very quiet rooms not so expensive
hotel is located in not very interesting & dirty district very small selection of food for breakfast hotel deserves 3 stars (not 4)
The staff were friendly and helpful from booking through to checkout, which having lived in Czech for 3 years is not always the case in this country. The bedrooms are modern, stylish, clean and comfortable. Having arrived tired we decided to eat in the restaurant and had a great meal. Would definitely use again.
The Bar is a little cramped and lacking atmosphere
New structure well remodeled. Good breakfast.
Little space in the room. Little bathroom. Difficult to find: Road works ongoing.
Reception staff were pleasant and helpful
The hotel is fairly nice and and handy location for the city however it is situated in a depressed gypsy area of the city. Not very safe for solo travellers without car. There is secure parking. I had invited some friends over to join for dinner and we had a group of 5 persons. The restaurant opening times were clearly marked 11am to 10pm. I announced at 9pm to the restaurant staff that I required a table for 5 persons and it was acknowledged. However, when my guests arrived at 9:20pm after there 25km drive, we were told that the restaurant was closed and last orders were at 9:30pm. At this time it was only 9:20pm. The bar person was not at all helpful and even that it was pointed out to him the time was not yet 9:30 he refused to take our order or even refer to the chef. It was very disappointing and annoying.
good comfort and value for money
hard to reach (due to worksin the streets), very hard to find dinner after h21.30
The staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms very clean. The breakfast was good, and reasonably priced. Parking was easy to use.
The road the fed into the entrance of Old Town Hotel was closed due to construction. We only had GPS on our car, no map. In all, it took us almost two hours to find the hotel form the time we arrive in Brno. This includes the time we were given the alternative address by the hotel. No one answered the phone when we called. We had to park our car and walk 1/2 hour to reach the hotel. The Alternative entrance was not marked and was very difficult to find. The hotel location is far from the centre.
Completely renovated hotel, with great service
It is located on a neighbourhood that is not nice, plenty of poor houses and not so nice people (screaming at the street and so on...)
One of the staff members took away our laundry & did it all for a small fee
Quiet location, good food in the restaurant, free parking...
Good and clean hotell
Really lovely gem of a hotel, really lovely breakfast and staff very helpful and friendly.
We couldn't find information on public transport links to the hotel on the website and we ended up walking from the train station which is quite a long walk. The area the hotel is in seems quite run down and it made me wonder how safe it would be walking from the tram at night.
I liked everything, comfortable, good breakfast and nice modern hotel.
Great brand new hotel with friendly staff and all you need for a comfortable stay at a very competitive price.
The location of the hotel is simply not advisable. Every local (client, taxi driver or shopkeeper) warns you as the hotel is in "the gypsy area". Whilst called Old Town; it is not in walking distance of said old town and you have to take taxis to get around. Real shame of an otherwise great hotel.
Interior, breakfast, monitored free parking
Walk to city center
Very good, happy with everything, clean. They offred us free parking which was excellent.
20 min walk to town centre. Rooms a bit small.
