very nice room, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast with choice. Welcoming staff, ready to help and give advice.

A little bit out of the old city center.

Staff was little grumpy, but all ok in the end.

The location of the hotel is in quite poor neighborhood. Surrounded by citizen, that do not like to adjust to majority population (gypsies).

Surprisingly big and nicely renovated rooms. Although the location of the hotel is not in the center, the atmosphere of the hotel is very nice and convenient. Another positive surprise: cuisine. Very good :)

The hotel is a nice and modern hotel. Stuff is very friendly. The restaurant offers good food. The rooms are clean and quiet.

Poor location, although it was only 15 mins walk to the centre of the old town

Location was not ideal as the area is at present a little run down and the walk from town at night was at times a little intimidating.

Not very well signalled. Concealed car park entrance that's not easy to find. Rooms very small.

Staff were very helpful and keen to recommend places to visit.

The restaurant server excellent food both at breakfast and in the evening although the evening meal was very limited.

The location is next to a gheto and at night walking the street to the Hotel was a little nerve wrecking. If you travel to the Hotel at night book a taxi. Nothing happened but I heard it wasn't the place to be at night, Great Hotel but the location doesn't go with the 4 star Hotel. Maybe in a few years the area will come up but for now the immediate area was a little creepy.

Kind stuff at reception and restaurant. Nice, modern rooms. Good breakfast offer. Parking inside the garden.

Wifi signal comes and goes, not working properly in rooms only at restaurant and bar area.

the room is quite good, despite of the fact that there is no airco. private parking, wifi is ok. everything is new.

breakfast is horrible. coffee from a machine, tastes awful. there is hardly anything to choose from. on the first day there was some scrambled eggs that i didn't dare to touch, a lot of fluid in there. 2nd day this was no longer present and i was asked if i wanted to order some eggs / bacon, this was ok but you have to wait for it. the products to choose from were even less than the day before. 3rd day i ordered hamm & eggs. first time, cold, second time still cold. if possible, there was even less to eat that i could choose from. i left without having breakfast. the manager was not available. the hotel is located in a ghetto, at night gypsy street hookers roam the streets. No airco in the room. How this hotel can have 4 stars?? I wonder!

Very poor located in not safe surroundings. No A/C in room, not possible to get room with one big bed.

Small new hotel tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood about 15 minutes walk from the centre. Free private parking. Decent restaurant. Spacious room, beautifully appointed with setee sitting area, large TV, mini bar and small balcony. Good breakfast was included in price.

New, self service (no staff - at least we didnt meet them), 4 star standard.

The neighbourhood is a slam, The worst getto, we wanted To walk To The center, but decided To take a taxi. If you are a world press photographist, or a Street Fighter you can try. IT is only accessable by car, there is a private parking inner court.

Air condition is not working, very high temperature in the roos, when you open the window during night time it is not possible to sleep because some people arape shouting and laughing behind the window during all the night.

excelent hotel,good resturant and close to old town

Comfortable, modern room (deluxe), flat & large screen tv, very helpful staff, own car park, fast and good range wifi, good breakfast.

In my opinion the 4 stars are misleading. This is not a 4* hotel but a very solid 3*. If anyone is expecting aircon or tea&coffee facilities in the room, he/she will be disappointed, I did not have a problem with that though.
