Old Town Apartments  

The apartment was satisfactory. We were not at all happy with the booking.

Location of apartment was very misleading from the website, we originally chose this because we believed it was close to old town square, on arrival we were told that the style of the apartment we booked only available on the other side of Prague to the Old town, this had not been mentioned anywhere and made it very hard on us for our friends wedding. On arrival the staff were unhelpful with this, charged us an extra £70 they also made inappropriate jokes on the matter. All we can really say is to phone them and check where your apartment is going to be.After reading the small print it says they will tell you of your exact location but we didnt hear a thing from them.The location we were in was not mentioned anywhere! We turned out to be near Andel and not anywhere near Old Town as the name suggests! This ended up costing us alot in Taxi's and a great deal of stress!

The location was great for being right in the centre of the old town in Prague.

I didn't like that it wasn't made clear on the website that the apartment could be so far from where the key was picked up. This was very inconvenient, particularly when the taxi drivers in Prague are such a ripoff. The staff were rude and not very helpful. The apartment was in a noisy part of the old town and this made it difficult to sleep.

Nice clean apartment. Very good value. Airport transfers, payment at the apartment and staff made getting there and away easy and stress free.

Firstly, I am not sure why we were put in this particular apartment. We had a young child so putting us in an apartment above a bar that has music playing until 3am on weekends doesn't make much sense. Secondly, we requested a non smoking apartment but also due to the bar this made very little difference as every night the bedroom smelt strongly of smoke from the bar below. Thirdly, there are some plumbing issues with the heating. Both the towel rack and bedroom heater were very noisy when turned on. Finally I'm not sure the location could be described as Old Town. I would still recommend the apartments as I would assume there would be better ones than the one we were given and everything else was fine.

Value for money, location excellent, and one problem rectified promtly. Airport transfer facility top class idea.

The price, location, and amenities, I.E. dishwasher, washing machine, living room, etc. were great!

The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The apartment staff were helpful and well organised. The airport pick-up service was good. The apartment was reasonably priced and fairly well located in an area that felt safe and reasonably handy for all major tourist attractions.

The apartment wasn't as clean as it could have been and the decor was becoming a bit shabby. The apartment only had the very basic of furnishings, combined with plain white walls made it feel like a Hostel. Some decoration work and perhaps a few 'soft furnishings' would make the place feel a lot more homely. Also, the kitchen worktops were needing replaced.

The location and view from the apartment were the highlights of the apartment.

we stayed for 5 days but could have fresh towels only if we went to the office of the apartments which was located elsewhere or alternatively, could have had them delivered for a fee. We didn't think the website depiction matched the look of the apartment. The apartment could better be described as 2 room, not 2 bedroom as each room had a bed in it but also the first had the TV and lounge. The second bedroom was accessed through the first and also had the dining table as well as beds. The apartment was sparsely furnished and didn't feel very homely or inviting.

Staying in an apartment in Prague was a much more flexible option than being in a hotel. Ability to have generous space (nice size living room, two bedrooms) plus a full kitchen (four-burner stove, dishwasher, appliances) so not all meals are eaten at restaurants was a major consideration. Location was great. Three blocks from the Old Town Square; close to Charles Bridge. Staff at check in location was friendly and provided good information about restaurants. Large space. Historic building. Since the company manages many apartments, others experiences might be different. We overlooked an inner courtyard and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was, in contrast to another place we had stayed in a similar historic town center. We kept our window open at night and other than the hourly chiming of church bells (a pleasant sound) it was very peaceful.

Driving to the parking courtyard (appx 4 blocks from apartment) was very challenging. The staff gave us directions, but unfortunately did not account for the many one-way streets. We had to do a lot of driving around in circles to finally get to the garage. Bathroom was a little worn with cracked floor tiles. Security (4 locks — one of the outside courtyard, one for the building itself, two for the door of the apartment) makes you aware that you are in a large city. The deadbolt bar lock the crossed the entire front door stopped working and we could not get it to lock. The other door lock worked. We reported it to the management, but were assured that it would be OK since the regular door lock still worked. That would not have bothered me except for the fact that the door appeared to have been broken into at one time.

The apartment was well-equipped and excellent value for money. In a good location 5 minutes walk to the Old Town Square but really quiet and peaceful.

staff were very helpful and obliging. transport to and from the apartment was prompt and the drivers were very courteous. The Apartment was warm, spacious and secure. 15 minute walk to centre of prague. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment itself was fantastic it was extremely comfortable and it was well stocked with all the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay. The location was also brilliant our apartment was on the 5th floor over looking the River and within a 15 minute walk into Old Town!

Since being back for almost a week now i have had time to reflect and i can honestly say there is nothing i didn't like about my stay. everything we would have needed for a comfortable living was already provided and the apartment perfectly clean. Fantastic value for money
