One child from 0 to 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.

All further older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Hotel information

With over 120 of the best apartments in the centre of Prague, we take premium residential apartments on lease and sublet the units to our guests, adding our signature furnishings and services.

Unfortunately the apartments are not suited for disabled people and wheelchairs.

Food & beverage

We don't provide any food service but because each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favourite coffee or anything by yourself. On request, we can deliver basic food to your apartment - a family package (bread, milk butter, coffee...) or a party package (beer, vodka, juice, chips...).

Please note that our office is at Zubateho 11 Prague 5, please see the map. The apartment will be at a different address, the exact address along with more information about your selected apartment will be sent in the confirmation email.

Area information

All our apartments are in the city centre so they all offer the best starting point for exploring Prague.

Important information

Please note:
- Standard check-in time is 15:00 and standard check-out time is 11:00.
- If you do not make use of our transfer service you need to visit our office in Zubateho 11, Prague 5, to check in.
- If you arrive after 21:00 and do not make use of our transfer service, special check-in conditions apply. Please contact the hotel for details.
- Upon arrival we require a credit card deposit to cover possible damages.

The apartment was very beautiful, the staff was great.

The public transportation was around 7-10 minutes by foot. Other then that, everything was great!

Big rooms, good location, nice kitchen, all nessesery tools and dishes.Bedroom was facing a buisy street - noisy.

Very cheep furniture from Ikea.

Location was good and nearby supermarket was excellent. Surrounding area a bity unkempt and dirty. Didn't feel really safe

Entry foyer was dirty most of the time. Apartment was a little tired in appearance

The apartment is really spacious, has everything you need (hairdryer and iron, E.G.) and has a really good location. We could get everywhere on foot.

The apartment "Kleineseite" (the cheapest one, I paid about 45€ pro night for 3 people) is really loud! There is a restaurant nearby with people singing till late at night and generally the aucustics is such that you can hear everything that is going on in the hall. So, if you have problems with falling asleep, you'd better choose another apartment. It could have been cleaner (cobwebs in corners).

Nothing. Location was not too bad.

You have to collect the keys in one part of the town and then move to another where the appartmnet is, that is really dificult for somebody who doesnt know the town. there were spiders all arround the appartment. People on the arrival was not helpfull at all, and if you want keys to be deliver to the appartment you need to pay. The price you book is only the begining then: 15 Euros late arrival,..
