I got upgraded when I arrived. This is a great hotel. The staff is great and very professional (was called on my name). To go from the fittness to the hotel, there is tunnel. At the restaurant the staff is nice and very helpful and look to serve you the best they can (manage to get a dish that was not on the menu).

If considering the NH Hotel Chain, this particular hotel is among the top ones. Complimentary refreshments were neat. Absence of bathtub (shower only)

nice design in description stated, swimming pool, sauna, but at the end when you have a normal room, which is really expensive for the local region and sauna/swimming is not included. you can upgrade for 30 eur and get it included!!!! and the free fitness you can use 20-23, and before 15, otherwise you need to pay!!!

It's a really good hotel, the best of all NH hotels we ever stayed. Well designed, comfortable and charming. Staff is trying hard to make your stay comfortable and it doesn't seem to be only official kindness. They have a great selection of whiskeys and other liqueur in the bar. And you can smoke in some rooms as well as in the bar area, thank god for that!

Hotel was situated near to town centre. It was in quiete place. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. And if ever I have the opportunity to comeback I'll stay again. I was travelling alone so room was only for me. I had gig bed and bathroom was excellent. Food was fine for me, normally I don't really eat as much breakfast, but there was enough to choose from. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Attractive and clean design hotel. Despite airconditioning I had no asthmatic problems. Laminated floors in rooms are good for asthmatic patients. Comfortable rooms and beds which allow you to sleep longer than on other average hotels.. Well organized and nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Location is quiet and still at walking distance from town center. Olomouc is a quiet but nice town. Good value for money as well. Nothing, really an excellent hotel that I can fully recommend to anyone!

The hotel was very nice, we had dinner and it was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for business travlers as well as vacation. A short walk to the old city.

Velice příjemný hotel. Krásný výhled na město Olomouc. Krásné přivítání v podobě dárkového balíčku. Na konci pobytu jsme jako pozornost od manažera hotelu dostali poukaz na 1 noc v hotelu v ceně 3.000,- Kč, jelikož jsme neuměli ovládat klimatizaci a plánek na ovládání jsem našel až při odjezdu. Při odjezdu manželka dostala růži. Velmi milý a pozorný personál. V takovémto hotelu bych si představoval na podlaze koberec, působí útulněji. Jsou zde tuším parkety a v koupelně dlažba, jelikož zde není podlahové topení tak je v zimních měsících velmi studená podlaha. V letě to asi může být naopak příjemné. K posteli a do koupelny by to tím pádem chtělo nějaké předložky. Hotelové papučky mně totiž byly bohužel malé.
