We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The choice was made because of hotel price. It is the most budget-friendly hotel. The price is equal to comfort. Location of tram and bus stations is in 5 metres. Breakfast is ok.

I liked the efficiency of how the place was run. I liked the meals, breakfast was very good, restaurant fascilities excellent and very reasonably priced.

I didn't like the attitude of some of the reception staff. Also no trays for breakfast, while carriyng a small child (after complaint I was allowed one). I also didnt like that it was not clearly spelt out on your bookings site, that the sauna and swimming pool are to be payed for seperately. The costs should be clearly stated on the bookings.com site to avoid dissapointments. I understood that I have one free access to the pool during my stay. Which was not the case. Two people and childs swim came to 270CZK. I feld cheated.

The good location of hotel Restauraant Olse opposite the hotel is really good and cheap

-No free wifi, we paid 150 czk for 24 hours and it wasn't fast connection. -Bad breakfast -people are in the lobby all the time, it is noisily

Rooms were adequate and of average comfort, what you would expect in this price range. Very helpful desk staff! Excellent location, close to public transit and easy access to city center. Breakfast is included, and a big selection is available.

Despite our floor being non-smoking, with windows and doors closed it seemed like someone was smoking in our room. This was almost intolerable at nighttime for our family of non-smokers. As others have mentioned, the pool and fitness facilities next door are NOT free, and did not appear to be child-friendly.

There were no fruits for breakfast. No hair dryer in the bathroom. No shampoo.

great value, nice rooms, standard breakfast for this value. Package with parking for great price. Always going here when I am in Prague.

The website advertises a pool. In actuality it is adjacent to a health club that has a lap pool which charges 400Kn per hour for fitness use, not recreational for for children.

very poor cleaning in the room. For 8 days never changed the towels and bed белье. never removed the dust from the table, but is very conveniently located - near the metro and the tram. Not very roads. A lot of Russians.

Hairdryers are for rent for 50 czk (2 eur) for 1 hour in the reception. Also they only have 2 pcs for whole huge hotel so you need to plan well...
