location good meal
few places in restaurant
cigarett smell in the lobby
Value Breakfast was decent Room was quiet
Location was a bit out of town Staff were not too friendly Requested double bed but was given twins
The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned though as i found hair in the shower and something on the sink but the beds were very clean and comfortable. There is literally everything for breakfast! a dog friendly hotel merits respect!
The place is rather crowded so the lobby is very very busy and so are the lifts. wifi in the room cost an extra 5€ -the price was high enough for a 3-star. I found hair in the shower which really puts me off in hotels. As i was leaving i gave the staff my key but the lady said nothing except "bye". It felt as though they were looking forward to get rid of us - this bothered me.While one lady tried to explain the route to the centre, one other didn't seem to have the patience to explain how to get to the tram. i asked twice as it was unclear to me how to get to the station and left there still not knowing where i should pass from. Would i go back? Yes, but only if i don't find a central hotel next time.
I liked nothing about the place .For me I have travelled to many countries & 100% of hotels at least have condiments in the room I.e coffee & tea & kettle .They Evan charge for hot water a terrible place. & experience
Hi didn't like everything was a charge like to use iron& iron board charge got water charge staff rude & un helpful
Localization, big room, comfortable bed, room service
The hotel is very nice - rooms are nice and big, comfy bed, nice bathroom and shower. Very close to metro/tram stations. The breakfast plus was a really nice surprise.
They don't have air conditioning in the summer (or any sort of ventilation). There's also no wifi in the rooms - only in the lobby. Some of the staff were rude - especially one receptionist, and they just closed all the lights on us at exactly 10:00 am, even though we weren't finished eating yet. Waiting 10 more mins wouldn't have killed them. Also very bad lighting in the corridors.
Price - location - it was clean
would have preferred a wider choice of food at breakfast
Clean, enough space in the room, simple but efficient bathroom style, great breakfast (if you don't mind also to experiment some czech food), a couple of bar and restaurant nearby and only few metro stops from the center.
Wifi voluntary undersized in the lobby, we could check our email and online-map quite hardly, but in the end I don't go tripping just to surf the internet. Parking is open air behind a closed gate
Location, bedroom size and shower room size are all good. Breakfast was excellent. Hospitality in general was good
Not having internet in room let the facilities down big time. Secondly I asked for a double bed and got twin bed which isnot ideal for a couple on vacation. When I went to the reception to ask if I could get a double bed she answered by saying we do not have double beds in the hotel - gutted with that answer. Thirdly limited tv channels in english
Good price ..good location if you have car
No air condtion
price quite near to the underground
staff a little bit unprofessional coffee and breakfast strange ... 3 stars hotel should be better like this
The hospitality and meals The environment and atmosphere was excellent
The cleaning of the rooms was not thorough
cleanliness and very good location, friendly staff
internet access in the restaurant only, not in the room
Located in a quiet residential area However, it takes you some time to locate it. If you get there by metro, once you step out of the station, try search for a large sign"Olympik" on a building, then head towards that direction and here you get the hotel. Strong shower and comfy bed, bright room. Good breakfast, with wide range of selections. Good value of money
Actually it is located a bit far from most of the attractions (city centre), though you can still get there by metro in few stations. Also you need to walk about 10 to 15 minutes from the metro station to the hotel. It is good for those who will take international bus to other countries as it is coated at the metro station which is on the same line(yellow one) of the bus terminal. You can get there in 15 - 20 minutes (but mind that for metro in Prague, it can take you about 10 minutes waiting for the next one if you miss one) Will still recommend it!
The room was fine.and clean. Some of the Desk personnel was helpful, some were not.
No Internet in the rooms, only in the lobby. That's a problem. Breakfast was a disaster, totally tasteless, coffee Luke warm. Barely speak English.
bad breakfast specially for veg people. staff is not hospitable towards customer, guess culture difference. no shop restaurant around hotel .
Everything was perfect, but the receptionist
The receptionist was unfriendly, she doesn't care about us, she only was asking about paying upfront... This is not Welcome to the hotel ; (
The breakfeast was poor, no diversity, at 9:30 they started to wrap it up, at 09:55 one of the staff member asked us "nicely" to finish. It's clean, the room was ok, only 10 channels: 2 czech channels, 2 russian channels, CNN, 3 german channels: VOX, eurosport and Deluxe music and others 2, I don't remember, near to metro and a small supermarket, but that's it, nothing more. The restaurant inside the hotel is closed most of the time. Most of the staff, if not all are speaking russian language even if you speak english, they will answer in russian. My score for this hotel will be 7.
I'm writing opinion from my mother's stay: The room was huge, comparing with usual hotel.Good breakfast.Everything was clean. They had also nice view on Prague as room was on the hight floor.
Well.. Don't know.
Clean and comfortable rooms Close to public transportation and also near to a supermarket. Price was really good.
Personnel not so friendly. They hardly smile! Wifi service was really bad even in the lobby it was very slow and repeatedly disconnected. Breakfast was terrible. No hair products were offered in the bathroom.
No Internet in the rooms. Noisy corridor. Check out inflexibility
Nice buffet breakfast and dinner (extra).
Nothing really. We were there when several "youth" tour busses arrived, full of excited kid. Hey, we were young once!
