there was a greau wiev from 9. floor. The room were Ok, but a very big chair/ekstra bed took a lot of space. Great morning buffet. There were only stairs from 8. to 9. floor. The room was very dusty but was not cleaned even though we asked for it. The bed was as hard as oak-tree. There was no possibility of renting a refrigerator. The staff could hardly speak German and not at all English. It says that it was a 4-stars hotel, but on the bill it says 3-stars. This modern looking hotel is far away from 4-stars. Specially not to recommend to anyone with handicaps. |

This is your average big ski-resort hotel. Basic rooms but everything is working fine and friendly staff. Rooms are quite small and the hotel is situated well outside the city. |

Im Prinzip nichts,ich habe keine großen Ansprüche,trotzdessen kann ich nicht einen positiven Punkt erwähnen Im Zimmer wird nur gesaugt und kein Staubgewischt,im Bad nicht gewischt etc,Bett wird einfach zerknirscht hingelegt so wie es liegt,große Staubfussel unter der Tagesdecke,Handtücher in 4 tagen nicht einmal gewechselt,Frühstück wie in einer Kantine,kein Obst,keine Nutella etc,der saft ist im prinzip wasser mit geschmack,kaffee aus dem automaten.Hotel Personal wirklich sehr unfreundlich,kein Hallo,kein blick nix ,wenn man in das hotel hinein kommt bzw. beim Frühstück und so weiter. |

Trotz Unterbesetzung Freundlichkeit und Bemühtheit des Personals In allen Bereichen Personell unterbesetzt. z.B. musste Masseur auch die Rezeption des Fitnessbereichs betreuen. DadurchVerzögerung bei der Behandlung; im A-la-carte-Restaurants war auch bei großem Adrang nur eine Service-Person verfügbar, daher Wartezeiten auf Essen bis zu einer Stunde. Mangel an Geschirr und Besteck im Frühstücksraum. Insgesamt: Hotel ist kein Viersterne-Hotel |

Położenie i wyposażenie hotelu. Pokój hotelowy był brudny - w ciągu tygodniowego pobytu nie był sprzątany ani razu - były tylko wymieniane ręczniki! |

Garage aanwezig voor motorfiets, maar veel te duur. 15 euro per nacht. Personeel onvriendelijk, niet meedenkend. Kamer niet goed schoongemaakt. Onsmakelijk ontbijt. |

spa bereich war sehr gut ; Lage war sehr gut, hinweise und probleme unserseits wurden vom personal gut und sofort zu unserer zufriedenheit gelöst probleme beim erstellen der rechnung (umrechnung von euro in krone) und bezahlung sofort (erwünscht), da bei der bezahlung keine euros angenommen wurde(für uns ein großes problem, da wir extra bargeld dabei hatten!!! ; wünschenswert wäre eine detaillierte rechnung; zum hoteleingang gelangte man nur über 17 steile treppenstufen!!! |
