Excellent location. The rooms facing the river have perfect views of the castle. Parking is somewhat of a pain (you have to drive through the "pedstrian-only" town and then around in a big circle), but that's outweighed by the location in the heart of the town. |

It's in a very nice location just in front of the castle. The room was very nice. Yes, the parking is very far away from the hotel and very bad indicated. Also the staff doesn't speak good english and their explanations costed me a good fine because I did not park in the right place. |

Superb location. Nice room. Couple of burnt out light bulbs in room. TV remote control did not work well. Breakfast service was not up to four star standard. |

The hotel is in very nice location in town, situated by the river and, fi you're lucky, you'll get a great view of the castle from your room. The rooms are generally well-appointed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The website details regarding car-parking are very misleading - there is no parking available on the street. If you want to park, you will be directed to a local brewery which is a 5 minute drive and then a 10 minute walk from the hotel - not great with luggage. However, the hotel staff are extremely helpful in explaining how the parking operates. Breakfast is pretty limited. Despite being in a very quiet old town, each vehicle which goes by over the cobblestone sounds very loud in the middle of the night. |

広場から歩いて1分程の川のほとりにあり、目の前がお城でロケーションはバッチリです。部屋には冷蔵庫とドライヤーもあり、CNNニュースも見る事が出来、大変便利でした。 |

Lage des Hotels; Aussicht Buchung lag bei Ankunft im Hotel bei der Rezeption nicht vor. Zimmer erst nach Vorlage der Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Beim Auschecken wurde zunächst ein wesentlich höherer Betrag verlangt, als bei der Buchung vereinbart und erst nach erneuter Vorlage der Buchungsbestätigung reduziert, allerdings nicht bis auf den bei Buchung vereinbarten Betrag. |

レセプションの女子が対応悪い。無愛想。清算時の料金がおかしい。4スターはありえない。 １００ユーロ/１night,twinで申し込み、６/24宿泊。宿泊後清算は現地通貨2660ﾁｪｺｺﾙﾅ。 2660チェコｺﾙﾅはどういう計算で出てくるの？ １００ユーロ以上ではないですか？レートがおかしいと思う。二度とこのホテルは利用しません。 |

Excelente hotel, dentro do centro histórico de Cesky, ao lado do castelo (e com vista para o rio e para todo o castelo). Staff esforçou-se para atender todas as nossas necessidades. O quarto é imenso e confortável. Não é culpa do hotel, mas da estrutura da cidade: o estacionamento fica longe, é preciso dar uma volta imensa para chegar nele. |

フロントの女性が、たびたび席を外していることがあり、例えば鍵の受け取りなどのことで、他部門の年配の職員が見るに見かねて、代役を果たしている状況を見て、少し気の毒になりました。これ以外は、十分にチェスキ－クルムロフのすばらしさが満喫できるホテル宿泊となりました。立地条件は最高なわけですから、更に素晴らしいホテルになることを期待しています。 |

事前に連絡を取り、列車の駅まで迎えのタクシーを差し向けてくれることになり、そのタクシーの番号まで確認してあったのに、ホテル側は完全に忘れてしまい、非常に困りました。大きな時間のロスの後、やっとホテルに入ったら、「あなたの予約はない」という（その前に電話でホテルの受付と話した時も要領を得なかった）ので、説明をすると、予約はあったことに気付きました。しかし、タクシーの件は、受付嬢は、何も知らないと言います。詳しく説明し、タクシー番号まで知らせてもらっていると言うと、やっとホテル側に非があったことを認めて、「I am sorry.]と言いました。それ以上の謝罪の言葉もなく、非常に不満です。次の日の列車やバスの情報を尋ねたことに対しては、丁寧に対応してくれました。 |
