Hotel Dvorak

Staff very friendly and spoke English. Hotel very clean-enormous room, great location right on the main square, supermrket underneath which was very useful

Friendly staffs, clean room, quietness during night, fine breakfast supermarket just near by (if needed), all in all good value for money!

Location was awesome in the dowtown square

we booked this hotel because of the pool and location on the square. there was no pool on site. The first room we had contained a leaky shower head and broken mini bar. The hotel had no ice and we really needed some becasue my son had sprained hi knee. The breakfast was >OK but nothing was kept cold so if you ate later things were warm.

Good central location

The information that "All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots" appeared to be incorrect. We were told by staff that our one-year-old daughter would be charged 25 Euro for a babycot.

Dobra obsluha

V kupelni vlasy na zemi, sprcha rozbita, az smiesne maly TV,

Velmi ochotný a milý personál, zejména na recepci. Snaha pomoci byla zjevná a nic nebyl problém. Hotel má skvělou pozici přímo v centru města. Můj pokoj byl prostorný a upravený a i při otevřeném oknu jej lze označit za klidný. Snídaně byla dostačující a vše vypadalo čersvtě. Celkově na mne hotel zapůsobil velmi pozitivně.

Pokud bych měl hotelu něco vytknout, tak snad jen ne zcela precizně vyluxovaný koberec na pokoji. Jinak byl ale pokoj čistý a upravený.

1) Durante una delle due notti siamo stati svegliati dal trambusto che proveniva dal corridoio, del quale era protagonista anche personale dell'hotel (esattamente l'operatore in turno alla reception): abbiamo pensato che fosse successo qualcosa di grave e che, a giudicare dal viavai e dallo sbattimento di porte, fosse stata chiamata la polizia, ma quando, all'indomani, abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, il personale ha negato qualsiasi problema e non ha fornito alcuna spiegazione. 2) Personale giovane ed inesperto. 3) All'arrivo mancavano gli asciugamani in bagno. 4) Colazione modesta.

La posizione centrale,le dimensioni della camera,il prezzo,la presenza del garage anche se a pagamento,la gentilezza della reception.
