First, The breakfast is not up to standard of a four star hotel. especially the fruit juice, it taste horrible and like the color liquid with water. Second, They charge for all the facilities in the hotel, such as swimming pool, even table tennis. Third, the fact that they tried to make us pay for the accommodation in advance. |

Most of the staff were very helpful and accomodating. The Ski Bus which travels directly from the hotel was a great bonus, bringing us directly to the slopes. Not so much a dislike of the hotel, but I think there shouldn't be kids allowed in the Whirlpool, Anyone thats in the whirlpool, is there to relax, not have kids bouncing around in front of them. |

gutes, deftiges Essen; preiswert; gute Lage Angestellten nur teilweise freundlich; wegen offenbar geringer Gästeanzahl wurde z.B. Bar nicht mehr geöffnet bzw. Sitzmobiliar entfernt, sodass man sich vorkam, wie in einem Geisterschloss; anfangs ganz tolles Buffet und zum Ende hin reduziertes Angebot auf Nachfrage beim Personal; Parkplatzpflichtgebühr für einen Platz "irgendwo auf dem Gelände, wo Platz ist", egal wie, auch im/am Wald |

Sehr gute Lage mit schönem Ausblick, freundliche gestaltete Zimmer, guter Sauna- und Schwimmbereich, abwechslungsreiches Essen Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren oft nicht sehr freundlich! |

Es hat mir alles nicht gefallen, es war sehr schmutzig überall und das Personal war überhaupt nicht freundlich. English oder Deutschkenntnisse war sehr schlecht. |

Vi valgte primært hotellet gr. Skiferie med nybegyndere og at der var pister lige op og ned af hotellet. Men disse lifter var overhovedet ikke monteret og var slet ikke benyttet. Dette var virkelig skuffende. |
