Nice breakfast......nice swimming pool....nice the stop of tram22 in front of the hotel...we will go back to this hotel!!!!
Very clean and friendly environment will definitely be back
Rooms were too hot even with air con on which meant had to open window and made it very loud and difficult to sleep
Value for money
The Room was very clean and silent. The reception at the spa area was very friendly and helpful. The location is ok....specially the near to the castle of prague.
The stuff was often not able to greet.
The staff was fine
The hotel recommends the use of their taxis which cost twice as much a local taxi. You have to make a special request for a local taxi. Too far from Charles Bridge which then made it necessary to take taxis.
Location. Bedding. Size of room. View. Quiet.
Shower head was too low.
We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel.value for money clean comfortable.
Some of the staff where not friendly at the darts venue. We appreciate it was very busy but manners cost nothing. May be a few more staff should have helped.
I liked the bar and meals
There was nothing I did not like about this hotel
Cheap beer, great food, decent wifi, tidy rooms, good location.
Slow serice at the bar due to being under staffed.
Excellent room and facilities. Transport to main town very good.
Piped music in the corridors, speaker right outside my room, really really annoying when trying to sleep. Will definitely check there isn't one outside my room if I stay there again.
Really nice business suite. Worth paying the extra for. Food in restaurant first class and reasonably priced. Easy to access the city via the tram which stops just 50 metres away.
Ordered breakfast by room service. It didn't arrive. We rang on four occasions to find where it was!! In the end they just hung up on us and we missed out on breakfast.
staff of hotel & breakfast and location
Comfort Breakfast Quiet good location
location of hotel
-stuff unfriendly -wifi slow -toilet blocked -stuff during bfast unfriendly, unpolite -have to pay extra for parking -pool always full of children from swimming classes -we requested extra towels! we've got 2 each and full of holes, completely used and damaged -ive booked the best and most expensive room of this 4 star hotel and it was absolut waste of money ! could have book 2star for less money and same service !!!
I liked the location. Also, the breakfast was good, with many choices.
"Double bed" were two single beds pushed together. Towels had holes, bathroom floor and mirror didn't get the attention it deserved. Hotel shouldn't be rated as a 4 Star.
good breakfast good communication with old town (tram)
quality of bedroom
I almost never comment on my hotel or restaurant experiences, but I felt so great staying at this hotel that I decided to write this short review, perhaps to help decide some other travelers what its like to stay there. My experience is based on one night stay. I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend the night before flying out of Prague next day at 6 am. I liked good room size, nice view from my room. There was modern, comfortable, and practically new furniture, clean and VERY comfortable and inviting bed, good choice of TV channels, free coffee and tea with electric hot water pot, free wifi with good and stable signal. There is also a nice restaurant with great selection of excellent dishes and wines, small gym, swimming pool, sauna, and wellness program. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. They accommodated all my needs including taking messages and holding them for me while I was out, arranged a wake up call, prepared for me early breakfast take away package, arranged transport to the airport at 5 am, etc. Simply put, everything worked perfectly, I felt pampered. Altogether, I was very satisfied and will definitely stay there again. (Guest's name and city witheld per his request)
Can't think of anything ... perhaps the fact that I had to leave :-). Would have liked to stay little longer to enjoy hotel services and amenities.
distance from centre of Prague
The location of the hotel is ideal, not too close to the crowded old city, so you can relax and enjoy. Rooms are nice, clean, staff is quite OK, not too friendly, but helpful.
- elevators are almost always full; - at breakfast it is quite hard to find a clean table; - prepay at booking; - no free wi-fi;
Staff at the reception counter - name Mr. Petr Nemec he help me to book the room.
at my first attempt to book room by email , I was rejected by Pyramida office with excuse, that hotel is full.
Friendly staff and awesome breakfast
Very expensive for what you get compared to other hotels! We had a 'superiour' twin room with free wifi. Still strange that you normally have to pay for wifi. Signal isn't too brilliant either. 11 euros for less then 12 hours parking (!!)
Prague is not the ideal place for small children, but the swimming pool creates a great distraction. Breakfast buffet is good as weel, very "western" and not only sweet cake and fat meat - ie. different cereals and freshly bakes pancakes! The tram is right outside the door and takes you directly to Charles Bridge or further on to the city. The hotel is not charming as such, but very convient and comfortable!
Internet is slow, unless you pay for upgraded speed.
The room was comfortable, the breakfasts delicious, the staff helpful, and the location great!
The shower leaked water on the bathroom floor.
It has everything you need. Extremely helpful staffs, great breakfast, ATM/Tram ticket machine just in front of your hotel, Tram station 2 minutes walks.. You cannot complain anything.
Discovery of a part of Prague i didnt know, thats close to highway connections and excellent for business stays
Some road works nearby creating a bit of traffic
