bigger rooms and the space
For a two bedroom there's only one bathroom and kind of old and not so good Breakfast is not so great but its free
It is very bad hotel..bad and old rooms..beds are really old and dirty. There is a smell in the room always and dust. It needs to be renovated totally. I didnot get how the ratewas too high for this hotel..
Staff very helpful Location quiet but close to centre and Metro. Bright airy room with comfy bed.
Kitchen equipment a bit sparce. Microwave would have been useful. More choice of healthy breakfast cereals.
Space in the apartment. Well located. Friendly staff on reception.
Soft mattresses. Breakfast
Place is very quiet and location was very good. Staff were very helpful with the questions one had and at the same time stayed very professional and didn´t "overdo" it.
- location (well connected - close to a metro/tram station, quiet neighbourhood ) - friendly and helpful staff - room size (lots of space) - nice view
-the room was not very clean (bathroom and kitchen area) - no air conditioning ( there was a fan in the room though)
Location close to metro & tram stop. Large & comfy room. Daily cleaning
Same breakfast everyday
Location Friendly staff
Cleaning was the most horrible i have ever seen. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor and the same every day
Location and surrounding area excellent, less than 5 mins walk to Metro and only one stop to heart of the city Wenceslas Square.Trains run every 5 - 10 mins Local bars very cheap for excellent pint of Czech beer roughly £1 a pint. When out and about look for Chinese & Vietnamese resturants meals LOVELY and cost £5 max. Enjoy Prague, beer & food.
Breakfast was a little limited, with no great variation, but still presented very well
Location was excellent with great cafes and restaurants within blocks. You can walk to the old town (a bit of a hike). Leafy lovely neighbourhood. Staff were mostly friendly and accommodating.
breakfast typical of a Czech 3 start hotel
The apartment is very big and comfortable. It also includes a kitchen. It's very convenient for us since we can cook dinner there.
Friendly staff. Spacious room with a separate kitchen. Nearby are many restaurants and places to walk.
t the time of check-in was blocked amount, asked the girl at the reception whether that is to pay extra, said she did not need. At the time of the eviction, she thanked us when we handed her the keys. Then it turned out that she was just an assistant (not clear whose :)), and she actually caught us in the street, saying that we did not pay for accommodation. Had with bags dragged back came another girl, and calculated us. Question for owners -Why such employee at the reception, who did not actually do?
- The location of the hotel is not far from metro and tram stations. - The room we got was big and equiped with kitchen facilities. - The Wifi is free, though there are rooms that the signal is weak or does not exists at all (top floor).
- Couple that traveled with us got much smaller room at the same price, so it is actually a matter of luck which room you'll get, no matter how much you paid for it. - Most Staff members do not speak English which makes communication almost impossible. - You have to actually beg for shampoo refiil and in general the service is not satisfying. - The breakfeast is exactly the same each morning. - The towels are not changed even after you throw them on the floor, it seems like the cleaning service sums at folding your bed sheets and thats it. - After a couple that traveled with us came back to their room and found out that it was attacked by insects, they were given a broom and a spray to deal with that on their own. - In spite all of the above i guess it is just the standard fot this kind of a hotel at this level of price. Therefore, all in all the staying there was ok and iv'e already been to much worst hotels that were priced much higher.
great spacious rooms really well connected via trams to centre pleasant staff pretty area English channels on TV room 11 - lovely views and very well equipped for two nice breakfast though became a bit samey everyday. clean bathroom and powerful shower.
hard beds - became more uncomfortable as week progressed but not by any means terrible. one one pillow provided. no air con in v hot weather - but plenty of big windows. as mentioned breakfast became samey.
Nice apartment, large area, high ceilings, luxury! Breakfast- very good, large range. Responsive staff, all my questions received answers. Very convenient that the reception is open 24 hours. Metro is near, tram stop too. Good location, quiet district, near beautiful park Gavlicek Gardens.
We requested a double bed but were given two separate.
situation, space in the room, friendly staff, additional information available.
missing of some instruments in the kitchen.
Kitchen Two nice parks close to the hotel, great for dog owners Very close to metro station Dog friendly Nice staff
Bed sheets weren't change for 6 nights! TV is a bit old We stay in the 6th floor and it was very very hot
Apartmant is good for small children. Kitchen simple but enough.
Just few TV program, no sport chanels.
Very good Apartment with Big size room and kitchen, quiet, staff is very kind, also good price
We actually stayed in Hotel Sibelius despite booking in for the Orion. Good breakfast at the Orion. Large room with nice firm beds
Being moved from Hotel Orion to Hotel Sibelius at the last minute. We had a room on the 5th floor (the attic?) which was large and airy once you worked out how to open the skylights. The lift only goes to the 4th floor so we had to climb stairs, but only 1 flight. It was only 50metres from the Orion but not nice in the rain.
Hotel is in very good location, quiet, and close to the means of transport(metro, tram, buss). Rooms are huge.Staff is very nice and helpful.
It is true that when you go to Prague, you don't want to watch TV, but there are only 5 channels, 4 of them are in Czech. Beds are making bit of noise when you move, and also they are kind of short and you keep touching the edge of the bed all the time. Breakfast is good overall, but there is an issue about showing in name the products especially the meat ones, and there should be other types of meat except only pork. But i think this is an issue for all hotels in Czech Republic.
Quiet neighborhood. Lots of choices of restaurants/pubs within a couple of blocks. We found it an easy walk to the old town or public transport is close by. The breakfast room was very nicely decorated and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. The room was a good size.
The bathroom was big, however the shower stall was compact.
Satisfied. Nothing outstanding but everything correct.
We had a huge apartment like room on the ground flr. with a good-sized kitchen, a massive bedroom and an entrance hall. It was extremely quiet and in close proximity to Wenceslas Square. Also very near the stop for Tram 22 which takes you everywhere you want to go in downtown Prague. The breakfast was excellent and the staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Good grocery stores nearby and in a good residential area. Very pleasant stay with really comfortable beds(we like firm mattresses). Would definitely stay there again and excellent value for money.
