Quiet location, tasty breakfast
Room was very dirty, dust haven't been cleaned from shelves and tables since ages. Bathroom very old with unpleasent smell. No hair drier.
Breakfast, wifi, staffs are kind
The staff were lovely and for what you pay you can't fault it. Breakfast was good too.
Nothing stands out
very friendly staff, breakfast, good location, parking space
The pictures of the hotel do not completely reflect reality, they are very bright and make the place look very fresh and modern and got me expecting something different, especially the bathroom is not what it looks like.
Very, very, very friendly staff, free parking, wonderfull rooms (double rooms for us and the children), perfectly situated. Keep on going like this!!!!
The small shower
Extremely close to bus and train stations Mall very close 10min walk to old town Lovely staff who were very helpful Able to store luggage all day before departure Cooking facilities in room Fridge Cot for the baby
Had to climb up stairs with lots of gear Wifi didn't work We had a very noisy couple upstairs which kept us up one night Very hot rooms - a fan would have been good
Great staff, very kind. Rooms were cozy and clean, and almost 3.5 m high ;) The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. There are many brochures for the city in many languages. The hotel is 4 min away from the tram stop and there is working ticket machine on the stop (be sure to have a lot of coins for tickets from the machine, of course). We could manage to park in front of the hotel, so some euros were saved.
The garbage truck in the early morning :) And the very small lift - 3 people without luggage. Everything else was OK.
Location, just 5 minutes from the Central Bus Station, 20 minutes to get the City center. Very good breakfast and nice staff. The room was also very cleaned.
It was close to the train station, once you knew the way! The huge road intersection could take 5 minutes to get through though. We took the way round the small hill with our wheelie bags as it was smoother - didn't take much longer. Breakfast was good. Wifi worked okay.
Our host wasn't very cheerful when we arrived - maybe that was because the plumber was there. He was helpful later on regarding the nearby restaurant (Spirit Bar), which served fabulous ribs. I was put off by the brown water from the hot tap in the bathroom when we first arrived - the plumber obviously fixed the problem as it was gone a few hours later. We had the windows open because of the heat - very noisy.
Proximity to Main Railway Station. Decent breakfast.
Quite a dark room, but quiet. No air conditioning (as you would expect given the low room rate).
room was very simple but clean and tidy. Really good breakfast! Stuff didn't speak English very well, but they were still helpfull and nice.
Since it's was really hot during my stay, it was hard to sleep.
Overall good service (friendly staff), good location (15-20 min. walk to the city), it was a quiet room (4th floor). Cheap stay for 3 persons. Balkony/Terrasse for smokers in the 2nd floor.
The bathroom was too old and not VERY clean, but ok. The single bed (3 people bedroom) was quite hard.
Friendly staff, not so bead breakfast, hotel is only 10 mins away from Prague Main train station, City Center is just 15 mins
breakfast, room size, friendly receptionist
The location is very good, the food is great. The value for money was also unbeatable. The room was cleaned daily. The staff is also very helpful.
The room seems old and the bathroom had a nasty smell, but this was probably due to the old toilet flush setup. The room was rather clean besides that.
It's a hotel, but really familier. The staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The Florence (international bus station) is near from Ostas.
The furniture were old. But clean and comfortable, so that's not a real problem.
Location little remote
Value for money, good staff, speaks very good English, nice breakfast, not far from the florence bus station
Little old building.
Nothing, but location not easy to find
I was very pleased with your location and friendly helpful staff.
The location of the hotel is excellent! The staff are very nice.
Staff available and helpful 24/7. warm, helpful, and friendly; old- fashioned European ambience and clientele. Excellent breakfast included in price. Nice size rooms and windows, ample hot water; in an interesting "real" neighborhood just outside the crowded madness of the city center.
The breakfast that the staff prepared for me (I had to leave at 5am so I requested a packed breakfast because we can!) is so heartwarming. They prepared two sandwiches, an apple and a kiddie juice! I felt like a kid with the pack. The take away brimmed with their sincerity and willingness to serve me with an extra mile. It is a budget hotel so you should not expect a posh room. But I really got the value for my money and a comfortable sleep too!
The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and breakfast had palacinky :)
