The hotel was very nice, I liked the colors of the room, its comfort. Personal was ready to help. Breakfast was more than good. And free parking is one of important factors. |

Price is good. It's quite difficult to find it since there is no sign on the main street. |

The hotel room is very nice, clean, with new furniture, even if it doesn't have air conditioning. I was impressed by the water pressure from the shower :) It washed away all the dust I collected from Prague. I did not like the staff from the breakfast lounge. My friend arrived at 10 am and it wasn't time for her to eat, so she took two sandwiches with her. At the elevator the lady that takes care of the breakfast saw the two sandwiches in my friends hand and started screaming and took them from her hand! Nevertheless, the staff from the reception was very kind and always willing to help. |

The buffet breakfast was impressive, the room and en-suite facilities were spotless. The reception staff most helpful. Overall it was great value for money. The adjoining main railway line was a little noisy and very busy. |

Summary: a very good location, kindly staff (English- & Russian-speaking), a commodious room / bathroom unit, comfortable furniture, free parking, free Wi-Fi, excellent quality/cost. Although the hotel is rather distant from the city center, it is conveniently situated owing to the two tram stations (2-3 minutes' walk) covering all the places of interest. E.g. it takes about 12 minutes to reach Vaclavske Namesti, 15-16 to Karlov Must, 25 to Prazsky Hrad. Transport tickets are available at Reception where the staff is always willing to help. As finding a park space appears to be a great challenge for Prague, a free spaceous parking is very useful for those who travel by car. A wall-mounted safebox in the room (paid service) is another asset. The only thing we disliked was the maid's failure to clean the room. We realize that such a budget hotel cannot afford daily exchange of bed sheets / towels. However, we counted on towel exchange and garbage removal at least every two or three days (moreover, we had to use one of the towels as a cloth to collect water running from beneath the shower tub due to leakage); but nothing has been done over our 7-day stay. Nonetheless, this couldn't darken our very good overall impression. |

The very good offer that I had chosen was everything I hoped for. The breakfasts were very good and the coffee (my weakness) was also very drinkable. Bed was comfortable, en suite was roomy and modern. Unfortunately a lot of furniture was being moved around late at night and the scraping and banging went on for half an hour or so on two of my three nights. The close proximity of the railway, trains pass slowly by and there is no let up through the night, one train after another with barely a minute between them. |

We spend 3 nights. Booked few days before arrival. Hotel is situated not so far from old town - with tram takes 4 stops 7 minutes, walking distance 30 minutes. Great base for sightseeing in Prague. Valeu for money - excellent. You get big room with comfortable bed, clean toilet and shower and fridge. Rooms are more checked then cleaned everyday. But for us it was good enough. Breakfast more then good. You will definetly be filled up after it:) Free parking is a big plus. Very small TV. To low volume - you cant hear it in bath even if you have it on max. Reception - very nice guy working there - i think Pavel. Gave us free tickets on tram! All in all it was worth it and i definetly would use the same hotel in future. small TV - low volume, huuuuge spider webs under the heater in the room :) and other places around. |

The hotel is far from Prague center, however it is close to two tramway lines, so you can get to all main tourist attractions in 15-20 minutes. The breakfast is good and so is the Internet, that works from the rooms and is free. The parking is also free and, although not big, we haven't had any problems to find a place to park. We stayed four nights at the hotel and the towels haven't been changed at all. The soap hasn't also been replaced. |

Good facilities, very friendly staff, 24 hour reception, very good bereakfast... The place is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the gas station (if you travel by car), otherwise there are at least 4 tram lines nearby, covering almost the entire city. Several restaurants and pubs are in close proximity, as well as an internet cafe (although the hotel has its own wi-fi connection and an internet station at the reception). As mentioned elswhere one side of the hotel faces the train tracks, but (as was also mentioned) closing the window solves this almost entirely (I'm a very light sleeper and I've experienced no problems whatsoever). Several rooms overlook a building under renovation (the work begins as early as 7:30), but as of my stay there it was almost complete, so it won't be a problem in the near future. Otherwise - great place. |

Receptionist are quite helpful and with good communication skills. Additionally, the room is clean and comfort. The location is a bit far away from the downtown and locates in the quiet place. But, it's fair enough for the price and service provided. It's highly recommended the travelers to get the trip intructions from the hotel at the first time. |

Best value for money ever found. Maybe you can find a better hotel than this but surely not at the same price and not in a similar location. Free parking lot available and tram stop just around the corner. Generous breakfast and good service. Infants stay in a cot free of charge. Do you really need more? I don't like so much the light inside the room at sunrise but I suppose that you don't go to Prague to sleep. The rail is quite near but the noise is not so terrible. Anyway I suppose that both of them are not a so big problem as somebody wrote in other comments |

city centre is reachable in few minutes and there are quite frequent bus rides also on weekends real lack of cleaning, sheets and towels were changed every three days and bathromm supplies (soap&bathfoam) weren't changed, even when we left the empty boxes clearly to be seen on the sink. staff in restaurant doesn't speak english at all (neither while we indicated with finger the food on the menu, they brought wrong food in place of what we chose, and we had also to pay for it!). |

If you are looking for a value-for-money hotel near the centre with very easy access to public transport, then this recently renovated and redesigned hotel is the place to be. |
The renovated Hotel Vitkov enjoys a central location, only 15 minutes from the Old Town Square by public transport. |
The building of the Best Western Hotel Páv dates back to the year 1806, when it was called “The house of the three blackbirds” according to the sign above the main entry. |
This hotel is located just 100 metres from famous Wenceslas Square and was completely redesigned at the beginning of 2008. |
