Facilities and restraunt in the hotel
Towels are of very smaller size.they are more like napkins than towels.
nice staff & good for value
Although its location was south of New Town trams ran regularly a 5 min walk away and to all Prague city locations.Staff extremely helpful.Continental breakfast with a few extras was enough to get to Lunch time. Will recommend it very highly
spacious, warm and clean room, rich breakfast, two tram stations next to the hotel, soundproof
rude staff, clean towels every three days (we had to ask for clean towels the fourth day of our stay)
Receptionist was extremely helpful and suggested trips and advice on traveling. She even phoned for certain trips. Unfortunately the best tours boat ride was far from the best. Rooms are neat and clean, but need more pillows. Breakfasts had good variety... Interesting. Overall a really good stay:)
- Even if the train station is near to the hotel, we had a quite stay( I think it depends on the room position) - the weather was very cold, but the room was well heated - not so far from the center of Prague(15min by tram) - the breakfast was good enough
- The bathroom was not cleaned!!!; - in the room corners there were seen spiders - we had to buy soap and shower gel - if we would want to have the towels cleaned every day, we must pay extra 5 euro per day. -they only accepted cash( the machine for credit card was broken)
Everything was ok.
Internet for free, close to city center, price was "OK" but if I summarize all of failings that the price isn't the best...
Hotel is wasn't cleaned enough. Strange behavior of receptionist wanted cash but hotel accepts credit cards when I informed her that I have no cash the behavior was a bit worst than before. Very basic room. We have spent one night only but for daily towels changing hotel charge 5 eur. I guess that is not usual. Parking not for free. Very poor breakfast.
- staff - breakfast - very near of Bratir Synku Namesty (tram) - nice furniture
The hotel was near to the nr.18 tram stop for the town center which was approx. 20 minuets.
Our room was located on the side of the railway line which was very noisy from 05.00 in the morning. Suggest therefore the other side for best comfort.
People in the reception are very nice. The room is very good, very confortable, all is new. We paid 12 euro per night per person with breakfast include at the weekend so very good.
I cant say something, the only problem is that the train is near so may be you can hear some louds but the windows are very good so actually is not problem. And if we look the price, there is not complain :)
Great location (Vinohrady, Prague 2)
-cosy & clean room -excellent and reliable wi-fi connection -good location (nearby tram and metro stations) -fine breakfast -friendly and helpful staff -excellent value for money
-quiet except a bit of noise from railway
Considering the price, it is perfect
Service is good.
There were a noise in early morning, because everyday there have some trains who passed by beside of hotel.
The personnel is nice and profesional. Pretty good breakfast included. The location is great.
-the food -parking
-Tv set too small -the lady from reception (the skiny one) wasn't very polite
It is all about the location, if you are interested in good beer pubs and not so much about touristy place in the Old Town.
The room was a bit cold when I got in as the thermostats had been turned off, but that was easily fixed.
Good location (close to city transport Price Comfort
Nothing outstanding, which is not surprising for such a price. In this sense, everything was fair. Friendly staff. Good WiFi. Conveniently located for the transport links to the city center. Good breakfast. There are a lot of good restaurants and pubs nearby as well.
We are travelling with a cat and suppose that the cost of its staying in the room - 9 euros per night! - was too high. Especially when compared to the cost of a double room itself - 34 euros per night. Unlike the price for the parking (6 euros per night), it has not been announced on a booking page and has become an unpleasant surprise. Maid service leaves much to be desired. In our double room there was only one glass, there were no plastic cups in the bathroom, only half a roll of toilet paper and no extra one.
I stayed alone in the hotel, on business. Comfortable single bed, pleasant staff, about 15min walk from Prague conference centre. Good wifi access, plentiful breakfast.
Oddly, the shower was halfway up the wall, but not a big problem.
Breakfast was great, staff were super helpful and It was a great base to explore from even if it was a tram ride to prague 1.
- near to center - various breakfast -
- a bit noise from railway - not clean carpet in hall
Upon my arrival I was informed that the amount for room was already deducted from my credit card and when I told them that I travel all over the world and I always get the change to pay cash at the hotel, they told me that it is normal practice for them. I request the hotel personnel to arrange a taxi for me and I received, what I believed to be, the most expensive taxi service in Prague. I was charged 3x the amount for the same trip I took with a taxi I arranged myself. Breakfast is really poor! The room was not really nice and trains goes every couple of minutes over the railway, behind the hotel, which makes it impossible to sleep with a window open. Towels are changed every 3 days and the towels look and feel really disgusting. It felt like making money was the first and only priority in this hotel….
Staff were all friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very modern and clean. The beds were comfy and there was a good choice of food to suit all tastes at breakfast.
The pillows were a little flat.
