service in Reception Free WiFi Location not expensive
staff were friendly and helpful, location was very good especially if you like walking, nearby amenities, good shower, warm room, breakfast good, room nicely decorated.
The hotel was excellent for the price, they have private parking, the location was good and they have someone at the reception 24 hs, which was very useful!
We had two double bed put together and it was not so comfortable. The windows had no black out.
The hotel is more than I expected. Everything is quite good.
The location is not easy to find.
The cleanliness The staff Breakfast
The location wasn't the greatest
Check in was speedy, and receptionist very helpful. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was adequate, and sets you up nicely for a day exploring this beautiful city. 5 minutes walk to the metro and only 3 stops to the city centre. Nice lot of good local bars and eateries within minutes walking at a quarter of the cost of the city centre.
Only complaint was the room we were in had a street light directly outside, and very thin curtains. In the middle of the night I could see everything in the room. Could do with black out curtains.
1.staff was very good!thanks a lot! 2.special thanks for breakfast 3.close to the metro station
1.wi-fi connection should be more better 2.audibility in the rooms is very good, you can hear what people say behind the wall
- Room with full facilities - Very clean & smell good - Helpful & friendly staff
The Hotel was just perfect, location staff, all really good and staff really nice and helpful.
Just the bed was not so comfortable and noisy... at all my movement during the night earing that noise is not so perfect if we want have a good sleep.. the other bad from my friend no problem.
nur bis 10 Uhr ist zu früh am Wochenende... Only to 10 ist to early in the weekend
the dopplebed contents of two parts! them are drifting away...
* Excellent connections to old town, business areas, sightseeing areas and airport - close to Metro and Trams * Many nice restaurants and pubs around * Very clean room and bathroom * Nice reception service * Affordable price
Neighbourhood of the hotel was a bit neglected Noisy mini-bar
Good price with nice facilities. 5 min walk to the Dancing House. Quiet neighborhood. Police station nearby.
- location is ok, old town and little quarter can approachable with many tram possibilities - reception is really helpful and nice (ordered us food in the middle of the night, booked us restaurants when its needed) - room was comfortable, daily cleaning was fine - several good foods at breakfast, was totally filling
The stuff, the breakfast are great! Location is super close to everything, The reception team is super kind, and helpful, we had a big apartment and very clean, Very recommended.
Everything was good!
staffs were really helpful
Pretty much everything
The people in Prague (and not the staff in the hotel) are a bit rude. But other than that its a great place to be.
Train near the hotel
Good hotel close to city centre. Private parking at extra cost. Good breakfast. Good wifi.
Would be possibly be hard to find without a GPS navigator in your car.
- electric kettle on room - nice and clean
- night outdoor temperature +3, central heating was switched OFF for whole stay!!! I had to sleep in sweater.
the staff was very friendly - the hotel is in the neighbourhood of an big and wealthy shopping centre and with many travel facilities
after a week climbing in and out my bed which stood against the wall, it became a piece of cake (Dutch: een fluitje van een cent)
The location of the Hotel is good, close to Andel subwaystation and tram 17 to the city center. The neighbourhood is quiet. Most of the staff was very helpful and very polite.
There was one girl at the reception which wasn't very polite (rude) and very busy with her friends and looks, instead of communicating with her guests. She made also several severe mistakes with the checkout, because she was not focussed at all!
no tea bags or coffee in the room
Good hotel in a nice area with lots of restaurants near by. Away from the tourist crowds (which I like). Parking in the courtyard
Whouer, hairdry system defect
Very very clean Spacious rooms Medium to good wifi Good breakfast, not superb but seemed to have good quality things, the coffee was good. Around 600m to Metro station, 2 to 5 mins for a tram station Safe area Quiet. For 50 euro per night (single room) was very good value for money choice Staf was friendly.
Minor things but I would point them out: Absense of coffee at the room Wifi was a bit slow (probably low cappacity) at certain hours. This is not a 4 star hotel (breakfast, rooms, etc) but a good 3 star hotel. Available Satelite channels did not inlude BBC, CNN, Euronews ... (Not useful for me) I would expect a bigger than 17" tv.
