In the center of Prague overlooking the famous bridge, close to Prague Castle, the Archibald at the Charles Bridge is in a great location.

Fabulous location and friendly staff. The room and bathroom were big and we'll heated.
There is no lounge or decent bar to relax in after a day site seeing. The reception was being renovated so that detracts from the ambiance hotel as reception is in a small back room.
We got married in Prague The hotel surpassed all our expectations Huge amazing room overlooking the river. (Upgraded at 60 euros to ensure Riverview) Outstanding themed hotel unlike ordinary hotels with corridors and doors. It feels like an old apartment in an old building (but everything is new and restored and a high level of accommodation) Incredible view from the living room had them engrave in our hearts forever When we arrived we got chilled champagne and congratulations from the staff.
Before we arrived in Prague we corresponded by email with Wendy about room floor, etc., and we have added money to secure the point. At no time of the correspondence nobody thought to note the hotel is undergoing renovations .... When we got to the hotel got our ears deafening noise of building works. Another issue is hot water, there were failures and interruptions in the supply of hot water. Breakfast, 40 euros for a couple, expensive than in does not make sense in relation to prices of restaurants. We dined abroad
The junior suite was a generous size with great views across to the castle and charles bridge. Staff polite and helpful.
No louge area or bar! Looked like there was refurbish work starting. English Breakfast was poor quality. Only used restaurant once due to this and ate out on second morning which was a shame.
Everything from the rooms to the staff to the location was just brilliant
Location was ideal for taking in Prague on foot. Staff could not be more helpful or friendly. Car service to and from airport took a lot of hassle out of travelling, and was effortless to arrange. Kamilla in reservations was very kind and helpful in emails we exchanged prior to our trip, leaving us confident we would be well looked after, the staff then exceeded these expectations. Beautiful room & view, very comfy beds. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Having to leave!
Perfect location, excellent staff, atmosphere, etc.
Room facing street side was a little noisy for my taste. Next time I will take a room to the back side.
Historic Building, close to Charles Bridge. Beautiful courtyard.
Extra charges all over the place! Ask for a refil on the welcome drink-charged! Breakfast buffet-charged 20€ per day,and not worth it! Fresh orange juice at breakfast-charges even after the 20€ ! Asked for a river view-charged! Just not interested in making guests happy... If the room that a guest desires is a certain amount of money then say so from the start and ALWAYS specify if breakfast is included! Though that may be booking.com fault! Will not ever stay there again! There are many more beautiful hotels in Prague for better value and service like Barcelo in the Old Town! Great location, friendly staff and no hidden charges!
Location, service and room equipment.
it is a little bit noisy for rooms on the front building.
Room space, hotel position, service before leaving, massage
Room without view
suite - pure luxury so quiet, as its just off the main road central location optional breakfast costs the check in process and complimentary drink made to feel special security for 2 female travellers
the water in our suite wasn't very hot and one day it was too cool to take a shower, It didn't spoil our experience but for a 4 star hotel, we expected piping hot water as a basic
We were given a suite that Mozart stayed in once. Two bedroom with LR, DR and kitchen. Staff was extremely helpful and location was center of all.
No real proper bar service in lobby during day and non existent at night. They need to call over someone from restaraunt.
Hotel ideally situated close to the river and Charles Bridge. Easy walking distance to local sites. Hotel staff very friendly.
Perfect location, right next to the Charles bridge. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Hotel Restaurant had wonderful food.
Location was good but also was very crowded in that area at night! Cannot open windows due to noise.
- Big and high Deluxe suite with Castle view - very calm due to perfect isolation - close to everything - own driver with fair rates
- overpriced breakfast, should b included in the room rate
Location Quit area close to central Style Most of the stuff are nice
One of the stuff was so so so rude We were almost kicked out at 12 pm, never happened in all of 5 stars hotel !!!!! Room facilities is poor compare to other similar stars hotel Hotel facilities is fair compare to similar stars hotel
The location is excellent and within a few hundred metres of the Charles Bridge. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Small restaurant with little menu choice & expensive breakfast (like all other hotels).
central location spacious room size clean very pretty room and facilities staff is very service oriented
1st night was very noisy being across from some type of club. Loud techno music. So this could be a problem for some. I think there are quieter rooms..so ask for one ! Was quoted room rate in Euros when I was charged, rate was converted to local currency at a sub par exchange rate. Should be more upfront with guests.
Great position and my room was at the front overlooking the river the castle and the Charles bridge. Close to some great bars and restaurants.
The location was central to major tourist attractions, transport and restaurants. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious and staff were friendly, professional and assisted with directions and advice for getting around and helping us explore the beauty of Prague.
Restaurant staff like friends with a superb cuisine. Suite was beautiful.
Stay too short !
Very proffesional and attentive staff, very clean, great breakfast, excellent location and lovely turndown service.
Beautiful old building that is starting to show its age, could use some freshen up. In the room courtains smaller than the windows allowed too much light coming in.
The Hotel had a lot of characture and is very central to most of the tourist attractions.
Nothing comes to mind.
the location was awesome. very old historic hotel. lovely courtyards. the best restaurants were right around the corner. fabulous meals.
the suite we were in was a bit inconvenient. nowhere to put anything in the bathroom. had to balance soap etc in the shower. bed a bit thin on matress yet comfortable as long as no one moved.
hotel up grading us to junior suite with excellent views of river and castle. Very much appreciated would stay again if returning to Prague.
Large quiet rooms with sitting area, comfortable beds, espresso makers, porches overlooking courtyard. Staff was very professional and helpful in arranging tours and transportation.
