신혼여행으로 선택했습니다. 프라하의 지역적 특석에 맞는 호텔을 찾았엇습니다. 기차역과 가깝고(열차를이용해 프라하 입성) 지하척역, 트랩역이 도보로 3분대여서 위치가 좋습니다. 번화가 근처지만, 시끄럽지 않고, 접근성이 좋습니다. 5성급에 맞게 직원들이 친절했으며, 체크인이 늦어 졌지만, 전망 좋은 방으로 업그레이드하여 서비스에 만족 합니다. 허니문으로 간단한 메모와, 간식이 있어서 이점 또한 좋았습니다. 아침도 훌륭 했으며, 1층에 있는 레스토랑의 웨이터 할아버지가 인상이 많이 남습니다.

We enjoyed our stay at the palace hotel very much. The people were very friendly, luxury all over the place for avery low price. We appreciated it very much.

The only but is, that we couldn't sleep due to the traffic till late at night, early in the morning.

Thhe hotel was in a great location to the old town of Prague and was in walking distance to many tourist attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful in assisting us with having our needs met. The hotel had a private taxis service available to pick and take us up from the airport which made is very easy for us.

The only disappointing thing was that our room had a distinct odor when you first walked in. After a while you didn't notice it. However I believe that this is something that would need to be addressed. But this would not stop us from coming back.

The hotel was stunning; true luxury and opulence; worthy of its 5* rating with beautifully interior designed roooms with exquisite curtains and bedcovers. Plenty of storage. Beautiful bathroom with L'Occcitane toiletries. Very civilised times for breakfast; 6.30am - 10.30am. Good selection of choices. Delightful and helpful staff on reception. Business centre with internet access and printer for guests to use. Proximity to Wencelas Square and main sights.

Overhot in room, impossible to control/turn off heat without assistance from hotel maintenance.

1) Location was great. 2) Staff were friendly and helpful. 3) Breakfasts were excellent.

1) The rooms were to hot - had to open the window to cool down every night and then there was significant outside noise. 2) TV was a far too small. I was in room 405

Helpful service, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast selection, the hotel restaurant is delicious.

The fitness centre is not in the hotel, it's in Wenceslas square. You do get free entry but it's a shame it's not on site.

Very warm in the hotel corridor. Hardly an issue though as romm was perfect temperature.

Location is excellent, in 200 m from Vaclav's square, in 5-7 mins walk to Staromestska square, in 10 mins walk from the Central Railway station. The restaurant and its chief are amazing. Nice food and atmosphere, live piano music, courteous chief.

On check-in we were offered worse room than we had booked, reception staff was quite rude and helpless. On check-out receptionist was not able to charge money correctly from my credit card. Breakfast was quite poor and the food was of a quite low quality. The hotel itself is maximum 4* as almost nobody in the hotel realizes what is 5* service.

The Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and the concierges helped to book all our trips and outings. Very efficient and helpful. The Gourmet Club restaurant was excellent and good value. The location was perfect for sightseeing and everything was within walking distance of the Hotel.

Minor complaint that at breakfast it was difficult to get properly made tea as water in an urn is never hot enough to infuse the tea.

We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We had two problems with the room, but these were resolved in a very timely fashion when we notified the front desk. The breakfasts were good, although there was no change in items offered from day to day. The property itself was very nice, but there were some minor maintenance-type items that detracted from the overall impression. I don't know if this is a 5 star property, but we did enjoy it, especially the sauna, and would stay here again.

When we made the reservation, we had requested a room overlooking the interior courtyard so that it would be quiet. When we checked in, we found our room to be facing the street which had a busy tram line on it. In order to get an interior room, we had to upgrade to an executive room at an additional 30 euro a night.

My second time staying at this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Amazing breakfast buffet! Had dinner at the bar cafe and it was so good went back the next day for lunch. The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are beautiful and clean.

The bathrooms are beautiful but the bathtub/showers are very deep and difficult to get in and out of. This was especially true for my niece who has mobility issues.

Large comfortable room, very reasonably priced 5-star hotel, but especially excellent service. Friendly, helpful staff with good English. I really appreciated their assistance in making my business trip run smoothly.
