This hotel was beautiful. The staff were very kind and welcoming and he view from our room was incredible! Everything was clean and secure. It was a perfect hotel for a romantic get away to Karlovy Vary.

The location is excellent- exactly at the heart of the city next to the colonade. The staff was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms coudl have been better prepared (we did not have toilet paper and the carpet was very dirty at one spot). Because it was the festival week I asked in advance to have a parking place reserved, however when we arrived the receptionist send us to a parking place behind the city that we by chance found was full before we left the hotel and only then started to look for another free spot. We were "lucky"to find place at one neigbourhood hotel, but the whole thing took us one hour of our time.

Very good location There was no warm water in the evening,we have asked why there is no water,receptionist has said they will improve it. But water was cool all the evening.It was not comfortable.

pouze fasáda z ulice a lokalita zařízení pokojů je značně opotřebované, zřejmě pamatuje období před rokem 1989, televize prakticky nefunkční, služby recepce omezené časově a na nízké úrovni,snídaně ve stylu předlistopadovém.Hotel působil účelovým zařízením, kde jsou hosté pouze dekorací.

Für einen Preis für 65€ die Nacht an Silvester, war die Zimmer gut. Die Einrichtung schlicht aber die Zimmer und der Sanitärbereich sehr sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Das große Problem: Das Essen im Hotel-Restaurant ist sehr schlecht und relativ teuer. Das Hotel-Management lies auch nicht mit sich über ein Preisnachlass fürs Essen reden. Somit ergibt ein klares Urteil: Zum Übernachten immer wieder aber nie wieder dort essen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Sehr zentrale Lage. Gut geeignet um das alte Karlsbad zu erkunden. Kurze Wege zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Parkplatzreservierung klappt super. Sehr freundliche, englischsprachige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption . Frühsück sehr lecker! Matratzen sind sehr hart, man gewöhnt sich dran ....

Расположение-(центр) и близость к метро. Завтраки нормальные, полотенца меняли каждый день, персонал предупредительный-был готов помочь всегда. Проблемы с феном-почему-то забрали без предупреждения.

месторасположение. в самом центре курортной зоны,далеко ходить не надо. одноместный совковый номер не предполагает длительного в нем нахождения. один-два дня. большего сказать не могу,была всего одну ночь. очень долго регистрировали на рецепции,говорят по-русски.

Le calme dans l'hôtel, la taille des pièces (chambre à couché et salle d'eau), le niveau de confort, le nombre de rangement (armoires et tiroirs) largement suffisant. Le rapport qualité/prix excellent. Pas de parking. Petit déjeuné très moyen pour la catégorie d'hôtel.

Muy bien situado en la principal calle de la ciudad. Las vistas desde la cuarta planta, donde estábamos alojados, eran preciosas. Desayuno horrible. No tenían un spray para matar las 8 moscas que había en la habitación cuando llegamos. Hotel muy viejo.

Номер был очень пыльный, такое ощущение, что давно не убирались. Было холодно, хотя при бронировании написано было, что есть отопление. Попросили включить, нам пообещали к вечеру включить, но так и не включили. окна с деревянными старыми рамами и одинарные. в остальном все нормально.
