The hotel rooms were stylish and comfortable. The bathroom was large too, which was nice. Also, the breakfast was tasty and ample. The location was great, right in the heart of the old town. |

location was ok; middle of town, close to amenities - though in the most expensive area! had to walk ~15minutes to reach a cafe that charged less than 100Kc for a cup o joe...! the lack of room service after midday was a pain; for some strange reason our bedroom wasn't touched even though the bathroom was nevertheless cleaned! also, the breakfast was pretty pitiful; an utter lack of variety, and no 'healthier' vegetarian/ vegan option in a spa town hotel was pretty poor showing |

Susan (reception) went out of her way to make sure we found the hotel. Nice spacious room with good bathroom, well located (subject to being quite hard to find) Not the hotel's fault, but Karlovy Vary is difficult to get around by car, and the hotel is hard to find. |

Everything!! The manager could not have been more helpful. Romm was charming,immaculate and quiet. The location was perfect. Breakfast was superb. |

The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent. The room was nice but it was probably closer to 2 star than 4. The parking situation is deplorable. The "parking" lot is a 1 mile walk away and of course it is up a 12-15% incline the entire length. |

small, smart hotel, located in the centre, just closed to springs, spacious room with big but twin bed bad quality of TV (picture, not size), small buffet breakfast (with supervision of staff - oh you took another one glass with juice! you really want omelette? oh no!), dirty carpet in the room, doubt about ****, we think only *** is right, complicated parking but there is good possibilities use buses from Prague (every hour, 110 CZK) |

central location,very close to the springs,room-very clean,with good facilities,breakfast is good,but no more .Take into cons.that hotel is situated in pedestrian zone and getting there by car a special permit is needed (can get in the reception). a bit noisy in the mornings because of public utilities works.Doubt about 4 stars,the facilities correspond to strong 3 stars,but not 4... |
