Hotel Palatin  

Esta bien situado en el centro de la población de Karlovy Vary. Las habitaciones son confortables. Es un pequeño hotel dirigido por una familia que cuida de los detalles y de los clientes.

LLegar hasta el hotel es un poco difícil sobre todo si lo haces por la noche. El hotel está situado en una zona peatonal y es complicado llegar con el coche. El pago se hace en moneda local no en euros, pese a que se había contratado en euros.

Centrico, en plena calle del centro. Habitacion muy amplia y con un baño en condiciones. Limpio y aireado.

No me ha gustado que oferten un internet que no pueden ofertar. Te conectas a la red por cable, lo que significaria mayor velocidad y mejor conexion, pero funciona peor que con wifi. Menos de medio mega de velocidad. La peor conexion de todo el viaje. Mejor no ofertarla.

Tiene el tranvia serca y no para de pasar durante 24horas.Te permite estar en praga centro en nada.

El lugar es casi perfecto, para cuando has llegado. Deberia tener un servicio de recogida y entrega de equipaje, como el que hay en Capri o Venecia, con unos carritos. El estacionamiento esta a mas de 300 metros.

El hotel es muy rococo, y el desayuno muy escaso incluso ridiculo, las instalaciones son aceptables pero no para jovenes.

Nice and kind staff. very good location, large and clean room and bathroom. Heating system is ok. We had to leave early and they prepare a take away breakfast for us. thanks again :)

just need renovation of furnitures.

Nice warm and clean hotel on a nice street. The staff was very helpful.

No complaints really, but wireless Internet and Tea/Coffee maker in the room would ne nice.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom was roomy and the view from the room was nice. The nearby parking advertised was a good ten minute walk away, but the hotel staff will let you park in front of the hotel to unload your bags first even though the hotel sits in the middle of a pedestrian zone. It's a nice hotel in a good location - not fabulous, but ok. The location and staff friendliness are the draws for this hotel.

Our room didn't have a phone. The tv got less than 8 channels and was really small. The bed was a toss up - my husband thought it was comfy, but I felt every single spring on my side. Breakfast would have been ok, but unfortunately there was an extremely large woman eating at a nearby table that felt the need to chomp loudly on her food without every closing her mouth - that ruined breakfast for us.

Great location: right in the center of the tourist area close to the main mineral springs and spa centers and not far from the bus station. Very helpful and friendly staff(except breakfast lady). Special thanks to Karel(manager) for comfortable transfer from and to the airport.

This is not a 4-star hotel(compared to others I have visited in Europe): - breakfast could be more various for the 4* hotel. - no bathroom amenities - there were no bulbs in the lamps by default, only the top light Breakfast lady was unfriendly.

The location was perfectly right in the middle of most hot spring sources, and the staff was very friendly.

There is no WiFi. The curtains are quite thin; therefore, the room is already very bright at around 6am in the summer time!
