L'hotel è classificato come 4 stelle in realtà è un 3 stelle, comunque non equivalente ad un 3 stelle europeo. L'hotel si trova in un centro pedonale ed è impossibile raggiungerlo con l'automobile. Questo crea disagio per il carico/scarico dei bagagli. Il parcheggio è lontano e raggiungibile con un taxi |

Nice, quiet and modern hotel Hotel staff applied their own (too high) conversion rate for the booking. The website displayed a beautiful swimming pool, which belongs to a company next door. Not a part of the hotel. Maybe I just misunderstood, but such picture shouldn't be there. |

Room is clean and hotel is very close to the city center. however, Karlovy Vary is a small city, it is doesnt matter to stay the hotel a little far away. The staff in the daytime is nice. No kettle for baby feeding. But reception offer hot water for free. You have to pick the baby cot by yourself from storage room. The hotel is nice but it worth 3 stars not 4 stars. |

This was a fabulous hotel, Excellent location, close to everything. It is exactly as the pictures in the booking site, very very good. Clean, Staff fabulous, lovely young man who spoke excellent english and very very helpful Room was set up with twin beds as requested soft pillows Breakfast Room just gorgeous lovely staff service, great food Nice hotel to finish a 6 week tour. Thank you. There was absolutely nothing I did not dislike....WiFi was free in the Solaria room would have been nice to have it free in room - too. |

Room was clean and the bathroom was clean and large. As in most Czech hotels, the "double" bed is two twins pushed together; not the most comfortable for a couple. The location was good and central to the local sights. Quiet. The hotel has no parking available on site. You can park at another hotel about a 1/2 mile away for 200 crowns (about $13) per night. You can drive up to the hotel to unload luggage. Hotel managers and reception are friendly but speak no English so don't plan on getting driving directions or other information assistance from the hotel. |

The rooms were excellent and the staff both efficent and helpful. We were in a car and it should really have been made clear that the parking was some distance away, as it is impossible to approach the hotel in a car. |
