町の中心、観光案内所のすぐそばにあり、駅からのバス停までも５分ほどのよい立地。ホテルの従業員は親切で- 、設備も新しく、また朝食が豪華でおいしかった。料金を考えれば、とてもよい。ただ、電気掃除機を使用して- いないのか、部屋の床に髪の毛が目に付いたのが、唯一の不満。 |

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even offered to let us keep our luggage locked up after check out so we could enjoy a few more extra hours in Karlovy Vary. Nothing. It was perfect. |

The room was lovelz. It had double sinks and everything was modern and clean. TWe had plenty of room to open up her suitcases. The staff were great. Right in the pedestrian zone so you are located close to everything. Able to drive to and from hotel with car and then park at Thermal Hotel. The breakfast was good as well and included in our rate. Everything was great. Would definitely stay again and recomment to friends |

The various staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was very good, wide variety of choice. The room (paid a bit more for a double) was excellent and quiet. Location within the main spa zone was perfect. Overall very good value for money. Potential guests need to know that coming by Karlovy Vary by train or bus, they will have a 30 min walk from the station. Taxis are available but are relatively expensive (200 Cz Crowns to or from the hotel). However if you dont have much luggage the walk is quite pleasant, and worth it as the hotel is right in the middle of the most interesting part of the city. The area and hotels near the train/bus terminal is shabbier and food choices more at the lower budget end, while the area around the Palatin suits those more willing to spend a bit extra to get V. good food, and closer proximity to the spas, funicular, churches with evening or afternoon musical events, and other attractions. |

Good location, very comfortable room. Great breakfast. No car parking-parking was at the Thermal Spa about a 5 minute walk. Traffic directions in Karlovy Vary dreadful and all one way |

the breakfast was good but there could be a wider offer, the location of the hotel was great and also the hotel itself was very nice - it was furnished in the business style which I prefer I booked a double room superior so I expected to get a little bit larger room but anyway we were in the city whole day so we didn´t spend so much time inside. on the other side the room was clean and light. |

Perfect location, cleanness, good breakfast Room was too small and triangle (though they promised single stay in double room). But it was a kind of cheating: it's hardly room only for 2 beds in different places. Nevertheless the price put me up with this inconvenience. |

It is nothing to like in Palatin hotel. For chek-in - I waited 2 hours - coming there at 16:00 !!!!!! - tired after 10 hours of driving. My reservation was canceled by mistake by somebody from the hotel's people. |

The hotel rooms were stylish and comfortable. The bathroom was large too, which was nice. Also, the breakfast was tasty and ample. The location was great, right in the heart of the old town. |

location was ok; middle of town, close to amenities - though in the most expensive area! had to walk ~15minutes to reach a cafe that charged less than 100Kc for a cup o joe...! the lack of room service after midday was a pain; for some strange reason our bedroom wasn't touched even though the bathroom was nevertheless cleaned! also, the breakfast was pretty pitiful; an utter lack of variety, and no 'healthier' vegetarian/ vegan option in a spa town hotel was pretty poor showing |
