Very comfortable double room, shower room. Perfect breakfast! Russian- speaking personnel. Hotel is very close to hot spings.

Parking and internet is cruel joke! You can't get to hotel by car! You have to leave it on other's hotel parking and pay 15 eur for it, after that you'll have to pass 400 meters with your luggage over the piving stones and footsteps. There is no any courtyard described in details! Very old facion tv. Do not open the windows on the night - you won't be able even to fall asleep because of the walking around drunk companies.

Very nice spacious rooms. Great staff - very pleasant and helpful.

Acess to the hotel by car is very difficult, and parking (at cost) is a good distance away.

Centrally located!! Next to the thermal springs! Very clean hotel, although it doesn't give the feeling of a hotel.it is more than rooms to rent without this being a disadvantage. Decent breakfast.

Well,the feelings are mixed. When we arrived at karlovy vary , we realized that we couldn't reach the hotel by car. We called at the hotel and they told us in poor English to park at hotel thermal with no other information..luckily it was easy to find hotel thermal as it is the tallest and ugliest building in karlovy vary. We went there ,we parked,took our baggages and our laptops and start walking! We had to ask three times for directions and after 10 minutes walking , we reach the hotel. During the walking ,we were absolutely angry and discussing about our wrong selection of hotel! But the hotel is so centrally situated and so so close to the thermal springs that we decided hat we didn't mind the waliking. When we left ,although we have we could go to the parking and bring the car in front of the hotel since it was before 10 A.m , we decided to walk again!! So, mostly it is the unknown . If you know where the hotel is, and have good directions ,is no problem. But if you don't it is absolutely dreadful There are only no smoking rooms Besides all these, If I want a cheap solution, I absolutely choose this hotel again for a next visit!!

Great location: right in the center of the tourist area close to the main mineral springs and spa centers and not far from the bus station. Very helpful and friendly staff(except breakfast lady). Special thanks to Karel(manager) for comfortable transfer from and to the airport.

This is not a 4-star hotel(compared to others I have visited in Europe): - breakfast could be more various for the 4* hotel. - no bathroom amenities - there were no bulbs in the lamps by default, only the top light Breakfast lady was unfriendly.

Excellent location, quiet despite being situated next to the main street. Plain but decent breakfast, very friendly staff speaking several languages. The only issue might be the car parking, which is a few hundred meters away, but it is possible to drive almost to the doorstep on the day of arrival and departure.

Hotel is hard to find . because one way road or diffecult address way. Hotel charge for small kids. And the room is so smell with smoking. We asked to change but they told me it is full. Nothing can do. So terrible when you are allergic.
