Central location within easy walking distance of major attractions yet away from the crowds in a quiet street. Staff were welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations etc. Would prefer bedding to include a top sheet. Hotel transfer available to airport was too expensive & no real info available on alternatives. We used an excellent shuttle service instead, which left only a five minute walk from the hotel, took us directly to the airport without making other stops for a third of the price. In other hotels in Budapest adn Vienna, for example, we found transfers to be reasonably priced

Everything! The atmosphere is unique, hotel charming and well kept, staff attentive and caring. Rooms are beautiful and we even had a tiny (or actually two) balconies facing the municipal house, amazing. Breakfast was delicious and varied and rsetaurant sarah Bernhardt again exceeded expectations. All in all: a lovely place for a weekend break. The only hic-up was on the first morning breakfast service: once you went to help yourself for more goodies, the remaining things on the table had been nicely cleaned away and we had to ask for new coffee, cutlery etc. Of course they were brought quickly but it felt such a waste to change linen, napkins, coffee cups - some patience and sense of situation please

Great art deco hotel in 20's - 30's style. Paris cafe and restaurant food good. Comfortable clean rooms. Close to powder tower and walking distance to all attractions. Friendly staff. Given free room upgrade. 9 out of 10. A little costly for Eastern Europe.

The restaurant had an excellent breakfast choice. Dinning in the restaurant was excellent. The location was great. Most of the staff were good however some were a little hostile at times. We did enjoy our stay and would certainly stay at the hotel again when next in Prague. The rooms were comfortable. The hotel thou busy had a nice relaxed atmosphere about it.We were nicely surprised when we arrived to have been upgraded to an apartment. We had no problem extending our stay. We would certainly choose this hotel again. There was not a thing I could say I didn't like.

Great Hotel, staff was excellent, food very good The Hotel only offered a bed with down quilts, so the sleeping was either too hot with the quilt on or too cold with the quilt off. I wish they would off an american style bed with a sheet and two light blankets. This way I could adjust the warmth / coolness of the bed and have a sustained sleep period.

Location is excellent. Clean. Complimentary chocolates in the room. 1/ We requested and obtained confirmation of early check-in (in two separate emails from the hotel and Booking.com). However, the room was not ready and we were told that such confirmation was not issued by the hotel. 2/ From the two rooms we reserved one was supposed to be a junior-suite with a sofa in the seating area and a massage shower. However, though we reserved 1 month in advance, we were placed in a room without a sofa or a shower under the pretext of overbooking. Upon complaining, we were told we shouldn't have trusted the Booking.com description. 3/ Not only the receptionists were unfriendly (even rude), but the senior manager didn't even bother to greet us when she came following our complaints. (Which she also failed to resolve). 4/ The Internet in the hall didn't work as advertised. The hotel was so unpleasant that we left after the first night.

Elegant old style hotel in excellent location. Good breakfast selection and spa facilities. The bedding could have been better, sheets and covers most probably remembered better days. Toileteries have not been replenished everyday which is a shame for 5* hotel. This was done only on request however should have been automatical.
