Hotel Paris    

The location is great. Walking distance to main attraction, the old square, Shopping center (Palladium) and less then 1 minute from the metro. the staff was very helpfull and kind and the service was excellent. The room was very beautiful and spacious (executive).

the flow in the shower was poor but tolerable and the lovely room covered for that... At the cafe of the hotel smoking is permitted so for a non-smoking this was quite inconvinient.

Tea and coffee in the room was an extra charge, other than that it was great.

Well nothing much I can say about that

The staff were very freindly. Room is big which a ccomodated my self, my wife, 12 yrs daughter and little baby aaround and still plenty space to move around. Lication was excellent. Breakfast was was nice.

Coffee and tea in room kit was availble for €15 for the entire stay. I thought it should be free.

The location is a block away from the central plaza. The accommodations and the superb breakfasts at the Hotel Paris are only exceeded by the the extraordinary staff. The staff was friendly, professional and always willing to help. Our bed, the pillows and the comforters were luxurious. The bath and shower area were spotless. WiFi was very fast. Great place at a great value.

The decor, ambience and atmosphere, the good restaurants and the breakfast, the location and the room siz.

single quilts on a double bed. woke up cold. difficult to cuddle up. so not good for a romantic break, which is what the holiday was supposed to be. everything else was excellent. Double quilts please!!!!!

The location. The metro stop is right outside which is fantastic for traveling from the airport. About a 5 minute walk to the old town square. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The spa area was lovely after a day in the cold!

Staff friendly and helpful from the welcome at the airport to our leaving. Everything well organised allowing us to relax in the hotel. Room spacious and comfortable with magnificient views. Central location.

The hotel was a very fine place to stay during our visit to Prague. The location is excellent, right in the old city heart. The staff were outstanding, very helpful at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Lack of clock in room

Clean, and well-equipped facilities in the room. wider choice of breakfast and reasonable price. Hotel was located in very central area of Prague,where was easy to access to any famous spot in old-town area.

Lovely warm atmosphere and very friendly staff. Excellent room and really very grand. Stayed here in 1990 so lots of good memories.

Internet in rooms is very slow. Very cold in the lobby area with the automatic doors closing and opening all the time.

Very nice room and breakfast.

We ordered some simple cocktails and were told we'd have to wait 20 minutes because the two waiters were busy with 10 tables of couples ordering drinks!

They mixed up my booking and put my son and I in a double room rather than the twin we requested. They were unable to change our room until day two. I expected more effort to resolve this problem.

Helpfull staff, spacious rooms. Great location in center of Prague.
