Overall all the service, facility and hotel. They could sell their services and comfort well. Good Hotel and will recommend.
Breakfast was empty as hotel was overcrowded during our stay, very limited availability of staff and top-up never happened and was not happy with this.
we desided to spend all evening at hotel, but Bar and other activities exept bowling closed at 22.00 :(
atmospere, wellness , very good restaurant , very big rooms ,
Fitness, swimming pool, sauna It is a hotel for sport fans
Very well organized sections for different activities. Nice breakfast. Room spacy and convenient. Room temperature a bit high, but good for us with a baby.
As long as the pool is not available for children below 2 yr old, the baby-sitting service should be open also during the weekends. Generally, the options for young children could be more, so the visitors can access much more activities offered.
I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. The massage therapist was VERY helpful with my injured back. The swimming pool was not large, but large enough for laps. The cross-trainers had a strange angle, but the fitness center was very well stocked with modern machinery. The breakfast selection was good. There was a restaurant and a sportsbar where you could lunch and/or dine. The selection in both was rather limited. Location: The bus lines 265 and 325 run regularly, but some of the drivers going in the direction of Cestlice are VERY unfriendly to foreigners. Learn the phrases jedna pasma (1 zone = 15 min), dvě pasma (2 zones = 30 min) and tři pasma (3 zones = 60 min), etc. Most of the drivers were, however, friendly. It is not far to a pharmacy and Norma (Nové námêstí with either bus above), and there is a little grocery not 5 minutes away from the hotel itself.
I was not told about how breakfast works or about how to use the facilities when I checked in. There were cobwebs in the corners of my room. Everything costs extra, except the pool and fitness center. The music in the breakfast room was very loud. There were families with loud children in the restaurant taking up the back room, forcing you to sit in front of the door (with it's draft) if you wanted to dine where it wasn't terribly loud.
It is verey good for relaxing and relaxing.
1/ Ladislav from the restaurant is a genius ! A wonderful guy. 2/ Magdalena from the reception has such deep and amazing eyes ! I fell in love with her.
Everything (almost everything) is extra cost.
Modern, clean hotel with good-sized rooms. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.
It is a nice Hotel with very friendly staff. The Restaurant offers delicious and high variaty of meals.
Sehr nettes Personal Very friendly staff Perfect rooms and facilities Calm & quiet environment
Costly to get in/out with Taxi to Prague
