large and clean rooms, much variety in breakfast, best hotel which i ever seen in Ostrava. its not exactly in city center. it takes 6-7 min by taxi. |

Good service, good breakfast. Nice spa. Brand new large hotel, however seemed extremely empty and without any atmospheare. Looks like a chain of Ibis hotels just with higher standards. Poor location (business park, far from the city centre - some 30 minutes by foot). Overpriced. |

The wellness works very well, a good design and a fairly hot sauna. Nobody brings the morning tee or coffee, you must make it yourself. :-( |

Nice hotel, clean, good brekka and pretty good value for money. would reccommend although it is not in the dead centre but even the hotel taxi was only 100 czk to the main street. |

Everything, exvept that there wellness centre is not as you would expect. No massages!! Staff not good english and did not know where the hotel was located on a map. A fireman had to tell us!! |

Spacious bedrooms. Modern design. Large shower. Good WIFI internet (approx. 700 CZK for 24 hours) Restaurant & breakfast area was a bit cold due to the Air Conditionning. |

Modern, Clean and comfortable room..........I liked the wetroom/shower and the decor. The receptionist on Monday evening was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was comprehensive and enjoyable. |

Dne 24.11.09 neskutečný nepořádek v restauraci - neuklizené stoly ze kterých přetékalo špinavé použité nádobí - nebylo kam si při snídani sednout. V průběhu pobytu nebylo na pokoji doplňováno mýdlo (zásobníky na mýdlo prázdné) |

Bardzo dobra kuchnia i nowoczesny design hotelu. Niestety nieys mieliśmy czasu aby skorzystać ze spa i innych uciech, ale wszystko było w porządku. |

!.Neues Hotel, schön eingerichtete Zimmer, schönes Bad, sehr sauber, !excellentes Frühstücksbuffett Personal an der Rezeption über Preis der Reservierung nicht informiert gewesen, aber telefonisch vom Personal abgeklärt, also ok. Dauerte nur etwas an Zeit. |

Отель новый, за счет чего и условия проживания и сервис на достойном уровне. Номера просторные, чистые, порадовало наличие wellness зоны, входящей в стоимость номера. Достойное сочетание цены/качества. |

Hotellet hadde hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Det har egen parkering, noe som er viktig for oss. Rommene var komfortable, med lekker innredning i spreke farger og delikate bad:) Flott frokostbuffet med rikt utvalg. Anbefales:) |

ruime propere kamers, vriendelijk personeel, ruime parking, goede badkamers ik vind het restaurant aanbod op de menukaart beperkt en de porties zijn soms te klein. Le nouveau quisine hoeft voor mij niet. Het kan, maar dan zouden er ook gewone schotels mogen zijn met grotere porties. Piza bvb.. |
