I use to stay in this hotel when I am in Ostrava. Everything is perfect. Nice room, good Wifi connection, excellent restaurant. All you can expect froom a good hotel, mainly for business purposes.

It's not just in the city centre, but Ostrava is not very big and this is just a minor problem.

Good position close to the highway. Nice room.

Wifi connection very unstable. The restaurant was fully booked for a congress so was impossible to get a table for dinner. The room service has been good, but the reception at check it would better inform about it.

-Indoor restaurant very expensive compared to poor food offer: potatoes were reheated in microwave, pasta not "al dente" either -very expensive desserts -Eco approach resulting in low quantity of liquid soap attached to wall in the bathroom (in fact this soap was the only hygienic item in bath) and also no body lotion/cream at all, which creates an issue particularly in cold winter time when skin dries out quickly

It's not my first stay in this hotel and if I ever come to Ostrava, I will definitely stay here again

Freindly and helpful staff, decent breakfast. The hotel seems to be brand new.

You have to pay extra for the access to the internet - 11 Euro/day. I think such a basic service as the internet should be offered for free. The hotel is not in the city centre and in my opinion they shouldn';t charge for parking either.

Good restaurant. Confortable room well equipped. Nice SPA area. Good WIFI connection.

It's a very new and clean hotel (most older hotels in the region have frightening communist-era elevators and my girlfriend is terrified of them)

Confusing parking. This site says they charge 10 euro for parking (which I think is stupid) but upon arrival they told me "weekends are free"

The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The hotel had great facilities and the perfect place to relax after work.

Charging 10 euro to park your car overnight. This is a blatant rip off ! This is not a city centre hotel were space is at a premium Although I loved the hotel I would probably not stay here again because of this excessive charge. Together with the excessive price for WiFi this hotel just makes you feel as though they are out to extort as much money from you as possible.

Часто бываю в Остраве и в этот отель возвращаюсь чаще всего. Самый оптимальный по отношению цена/качество, по моему мнению. Недалеко от центра, наличие парковки, достойный недорогой интернет. Скорости достаточно для просмотра фильмов online. В номерах чисто и без запахов. Стандартный отельный набор присутствует: минибар, фен, мешок для стирки, щетка для обуви и т.д. Завтрак достойный, всегда есть выбор между здоровой пищей и копчено-жареной. В лобби можно можно выпить чай/кофе/пиво, встретиться с кем-нибудь или потупить в интернете. Кухня в ресторане как-то тоже не напрягла. В общем все ОК!
