The room was a decent size and very clean. Staff were polite and friendly and helped to book a trip for us. We would have like tea and coffee making facilities in our room. The drinks were very expensive. |

good clean and ultra modern accommodation It was great. I would like them to improve their directions by foot from the nearest Metro station on their website. It is really very straightforward - but I got lost with a suitcase/ |

The bathroom was very good. I did not find the hotel staff very friendly and eager to give tourist intructions. There were not other types of pillows = the ones they offered were very high and did bad to our backs. |

We had a very comfortable stay here. The hotel has a trendy look & feel. We received a free upgrade and we could use the parking lot for free. Location was good: a 15 minute walk to the centre and very near the tram if you want to get there faster. Breakfast is expensive (but very tasty). |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with friendly staff which I appreciate now, having met many RUDE people during my visit. The room I stayed in was facing the street and railway line which I found extremely noisy during the night and as a result I got very little sleep. |

Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel is new or newly renovated. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. In general, it is a good value for money. Hotel is located a bit far from center and touristic area. However, it remains easily accessible by public transport (3, 4 tram stops). The finishing of the renovation work shows many imperfections if you really look in detail. Pity for a new or newly renovated hotel ! |

Clean and modern business hotel in a quiet residential area. The old town/tourist areas only 15mins away by tram. Easy to reach from the airport by bus/metro/tram. Can't complain for the good online price! |

Most of the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, our room was very clean. We liked the location, close to city center by tram, but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. The nearby Vysehrad is a nice quiet venture with beautiful views over the city. The bed were not very comfortable, we ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed, which allowed us to sleep a little better. Also, there was one bar tender in the hotel cafe who worked some mornings who was surly and rude, although all of the other cafe staff and reception staff were extremely nice. |

A lovely European boutique hotel with smart, sleek decor. The (very large and well laid out) room was exceptional, the beds were comfortable, even the cot. The room was quiet even though we faced the street and the train tracks. The staff was very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable about using the tram which is just around the corner and makes the city perfectly accessible from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a huge selection of quality hot and cold items, and the evening meal we had at the hotel was top notch. It made our experience and first visit to Prague a really, really good one. On our second morning the breakfast room seemed to be short staffed. Tables were not cleared and we had to search for clean coffee cups. Also, the juice machine was only giving very dilute, watered down juice. But this would not deter me from staying here again. |
