My stay was comfortable yet it felt like a business hotel. Staff were friendly. They didnt have except 1 adaptor that didnt work but were apologetic enough and tried their best to find another one. |

A typical international hotel that could be moved to any other european town without any changes - beside the nice Rude-Pravo-styled lobby. Very clean. The receptionists were helpful and not overly impersonal. Pretty decent - if repetitive - breakfast. The breakfast staff were friendly and very casual - perhaps a little bit too much :) This hotel offered a great value for money - but mainly due to the low price offered through booking.com. At the normal rate of almost 150€/night I would find it slightly overpriced. In a ****-Hotel I would have expected larger rooms, complimentary wireless LAN and - at the very least - a hairdrier. In the neighbourhood you will not find any restaurant open at late evening - but then, this is probably a problem of whole Prague. |

Generally friendly staff. Good barman! Excellent shower. Within easy walking distance of Old Town. Room was too warm for us and seemed difficult to do anything about it except open the window which made it a little noisy due to nearby railway. |

A modern hotel good value for money within easy reach of Prague centre. The breakfast room could do with brightening up.Although very clean & food good, looked more like a work canteen. At the time we stayed it was very busy and on one occasion had to sit in a back room which was very gloomy! |

The room was a decent size and very clean. Staff were polite and friendly and helped to book a trip for us. We would have like tea and coffee making facilities in our room. The drinks were very expensive. |

The bathroom was very good. I did not find the hotel staff very friendly and eager to give tourist intructions. There were not other types of pillows = the ones they offered were very high and did bad to our backs. |

We had a very comfortable stay here. The hotel has a trendy look & feel. We received a free upgrade and we could use the parking lot for free. Location was good: a 15 minute walk to the centre and very near the tram if you want to get there faster. Breakfast is expensive (but very tasty). |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with friendly staff which I appreciate now, having met many RUDE people during my visit. The room I stayed in was facing the street and railway line which I found extremely noisy during the night and as a result I got very little sleep. |
