At first it doesnt seem like much. Rooms are small and the hotel has its best days long behind. But it is cheap and offers absolutely delicious meals. It is great.

No wifi in rooms which is a big disadvantage. The wifi in lobby is there. But it is the slowest internet i have ever used, completly useless.

due to an apparent 'fault' in the reservation system there was no room for us when we arrived. We were sent to another hotel and stayed in what for 4 people was a tiny room. During the free lunch at the local brewery - compensation for the mess up - we got the distinct feeling that we weren't the first this'd happened to. Watch out!

Cleanlines was above expectation considering the aging hotel. Food ... canteen like meals but buffet style made up for it ...so one could fill up their bellies to one's content. 1 or 2 staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to be dropped off at the bus station. Should advertise this possibility. Location was not too bad ... away from town centre.

The list could go on, however understanding the Czech mentality one must take it on the chin. Toy area was sub standard on cleanlines and safety in terms of broken toys and things hanging off ceiling... bouncy castle with radiator at the back not bright idea! Bar and barman with no ice facilities and over prised drinks compared to neighbouring hotels. Reception had no emergency toiletries ... no little shampoos one had to wash hair with bar of soap. Staff clearly have no idea how to provide satisfactoy hospitable service. Category of 3 stars but really should be 2. To summarise good value for money and as a result one can forgive most issues but will not be coming again ...nearby Fit Fun hotel closer to the slopes and higher standard of accommodation ... more like hotel ... park hotel is glorified winter hut ... with good sized rooms.

Good location when snow good. Quiet location, friendly staff.

Poor value for money compared to booking accommodation and then eating out, as evening meal not worth the extra cost, no drinks supplied in evening, rooms very small for the price.

Male receptionist was very kind and helpful

Female receptionist was nasty as she seemed to think that guests were there for her not otherwise.

Friendly staff, ski slopes easily accessible. Food was good fare for hungry skiers!

No free soft drinks or water with evening meal on half-board basis. No coffee/tea making facilities in rooms.
