I liked the location, quiet but very practical, and the staff was very kindly and helpful. The taxi service available (it's not free) at the hotel is also very practical.

The smell of smoke. Unfortunately in Prague you can smoke almost anywhere, and also in hotel rooms. As I don't smoke, I don't like that smell.

Good position next to rail/metro station Holesovice, next to a bunch of big music clubs and venues. Spacious rooms.

Breakfast should be at another level for 4* hotel. This one was between 2* and 3*. They had very small blankets/duvets, especially for tall people. Few TV channels - most of them were news channels.

The room was always nice and clean so thanks to the cleaning ladies.

The breakfast was in a big room that was not cosy at all and the staff were not very friendly and they did not pay much attention if coffee or other things where missing. The food was though ok.

The rooms were nicely manicured and equipped with internet access...Breakfast was included and tasted pretty good... The view from my room was amazing... The hotels and rooms were pretty clean with exception of one chair...souvinier shop in the lobby and nice pizzeria in the basement...

The outside appearance specifically the grounds looked run down with overgrown weeds and grass... One staff member had a little bit of animated attitude at breakfast...I asked her where I could find a knife and fork and she shook her head making me feel like I was a problem...

Easy access to City centre with parking available.

Very Good Staff and service level. Centrally located hotel with all the transportation nearby.

Für unser Programm war die Lage des Hotels sehr gut.

Cena parkovného vysoká. Na to, že to nie je strážené parkovisko 500 Czk. Je to polovica ceny izby!!!!! Keď sa rozhodli takto zarábať.....

Viele junge unerzogene Studenten als Gäste. Sie reisen, bevor sie wissen, wie man sich zwischen Leuten benehmen soll.

Mi è piaciuto tuto. E' un hotel molto efficiente e il personale e serio e sempre cordiale

Parkovanie v hotelovom areály, by myslím že aspoň pre ubytovaných malo byť zadarmo alebo za malý! poplatok ale nie aby bolo parkovisko nekontrolované a aby sme platili parkovné na deň 25-30E......dosť som bola z toho sklamaná......turista ktorý by šiel na týždňovú dovolenku by sa nedoplatil!

Televize je starsiho modelu s malou obrazovkou. Restauracni personal nevynika prilis velkou ochotou(spinave nadobi je shromazdovano uprostred restaurace) pecivo neni cerstve a kvalita jidla je podprumerna

Personale scortese e parcheggio interno all'albergo troppo caro.

Goede prijs voor het gebodene. Tram met directe centrumverbinding voor de deur.,Kaartjesautomat in hotel Vriendelijk personeel Schone kamer en badkamer Overall voor een stedentrip prima als men niet te veel luxe verlangt. cq. verwacht. Met auto prima bereikbaar en goede parkeermogelijkheid maar redelijk prijzig.

Douche in bad zonder hoog ophangpunt wat lastig Ontbijt matig( in drieën gesneden bananen, gehalveerde appels en kiwi''s. )Vier sterren is misschien iets te veel. Kwam met eigen auto en moest nog wel 500 kronen per dag bijbetalen voor parkeren Geen resaurant wel een pizzeria waar we niemand hebben zien eten

Kitűnő helyen van, a villamos megálló közvetlen a szálloda előtt van amivel négy megállóra elérhető az ó-város központja.

Nincs kitéve a bankkártyák logója. Aki nincs előre bejelentkezve nem tudja, hogy bankkártyával is lehet a szállást kiegyenlíteni.

comodità rispetto al centro della città; camere spaziose e pulite; colazione ricchissima

ci sono solo due ascensori e a volte si fa prima a scendere a piedi (anche dal piano 8)

Le prix de la chambre... Un prix vraiment bas.qui fait qu'on oublie que le petit-déjeuner est ordinaire ou que le Wi-fi n'est accessible que dans le lobby de l'hôtel.

resepsiyon çalışanları kaba,hiç yardımcı olmadılar.(şehri tanıma tanıtma, nasıl ve nerelere gitme konusunda sorular soramazsınız) booking comdan kredi kartı ile rezervasyon yaptırmama rağmen kartımı güvence olması amacıyla kopyaladılar , kalacağım tüm günlerin ücretini peşin ödeyerek kart kopyasını geri alabildim. Otel otoparkı yakın çevre otoparklarına göre %50 pahalı mümkünse prağa araçsız gidilmeli araçla gitmek zorunda iseniz otoparkı ücretsiz veya daha ucuz otoparkar bulunabilir.
