I chose this hotel because it was close to the Incheba Exhibition Center. The staff was unhelpful, unhappy, little to no training in customer service. As a visitor from a foreign country I did not feel welcome at this hotel. When we asked the front desk staff for a reccomendation for a restaurant or night life. They gave no suggestions. When asking for a taxi they have an exclusive contract with 1 taxi service which is a total rip-off from just walking down the hill and flagging a taxi on the street. If you went with the hotel taxi service you will pay 2 times what you should. The breakfast was free thank goodness but was not very good.

It was nice and clean. The location was good as well. There were no ice machines and when I went to the bar to get some the staff was rude. I had to talk to someone at the front desk and then it was sent up to my room. It shouldn't be that difficult to get ice in a hotel.

I will definetly choose this hotel again. It is only 5 minutes by tranvia to the city center (3 stops). Quiet, clean and safe area. Good breakfast. Recommendable 100%

Läget var toppen. 4 hållplatser från Old Town med tre linjer på spårvagnen. Frukosten var jättebra, fanns allt man kunde tänka sig. Rummet var fint med fräscht badrum. Städningen ok. Ismaskin fanns inte, men inga problem att hämta is I baren. Personalen! Dåliga på engelska. Helt ointresserade av att hjälpa till. Ingen service känsla. Vi fick inte ett leende på hela veckan av personalen. Fast vi försökte få dem att le.. Men det var likadant I hela Prag att man tittade bort och ingen log eller var intresserad av service.

Soba z razgledom, pester zajtrk in dobra povezava s centrom. Glede na velikost hotela bi lahko imeli še kakšno dvigalo več. Hotelsko parkirišče se plača.

Vicino Fiera, le stanze belle, colazione buona Una risposta: "può venire un altro giorno, perchè ho una fila di gente qua" non è una risposta da uno staff di un albergo di 4 stelle (dopo che ho aspettato 10 minuti in fila anche io). Non si riferisce a tutti ovviamente dello staff. Alcuni erano veramente gentili e mi davano informazioni subito.

Удобное расположение(на трамвае 10 мин.ходит по расписанию),хороший,чистый номер,тихо,хорошее соотношение цена/качество, в номере нет халата и тапочек,мало тв-программ(все иностранные),завтрак хороший,но каждый день одинаковый,нет дополнительных услуг в отеле(сауна,спортзал и т.п.),хотя 4 звезды

Eigentlich hat uns gar nichts gefallen - es war für diesen Preis sehr schlecht Es läßt sich bautechnisch pro Zimmer nur ein Fenster ca. 10 cm ankippen, dadurch sehr stickig und heiß (selbst bei Außentemperaturen von 15 Grad), Klimaanlage hilft nicht. Eine Nacht Dauerdisko, die so laut war, daß man sich auf der Tanzfläche wähnte.Frühstücksbuffet reichlich, aber lieblos und eher seltsam (wer braucht kiloweise Gurkenscheiben oder Krautsalat?) Personal unfreundlich. Alles in allem: häßlich renoviertes Hotel im Ostblockstil der 1980er. Jedes Hostel hat mehr Charme.Keine Ahnung, woher die vier Sterne kommen, vielleicht ein anderes Bewertungssystem

Nokså fine rom med god utsikt, god frokost, hotellet gir god valuta for pengene. Gode kommunikasjoner til sentrum - høyfrekvent trikkelinje som tar 7-8 min. Du får kjøpt kollektivbilletter på hotellet og kan også spørre om annen assistanse til transport (en service de tilbyr). Trådløst internett I lobby, kablet på rom. De sier de har aircondition, men jeg har etter 2 opphold der I alle fall ikke klart å få det kaldt på rommet. Dette er dog ikke unikt for dette hotellet. Hvis en skal være fin på det, så kan jeg ikke si jeg er fan av arkitekturen sett fra utsiden, men det er smak og behag. Litt treg internettlinje.

Jednim slovem nic. Zklamani, za ceny, ktere si uctuji by mohl byt alespon personal trochu ochotny a prijemny. Na cokoli se host zeptal, mel okamzite pocit, ze personal obtezuje. Se slusnym chovanim jsem se bohuzel setkala pouze na toalete a to byla "pouze uklizecka" jedina, ktera zdravila a byla mila. Smutne.Obsluha v baru neochotna a velice pomala.Pokoje vybaveni ok, cistota v koupelne katastrofa, vodni kamem by se dal olupovat.Topeni v pokoji maximum, bez moznosti regulace a v koupelne zima, topeni nefungovalo i po opakovane urgenci se nic nezmenilo. Klimatizace nefunkcni.Minibar v pokoji nepouzitelny ( zamceny). Vrchol sprostoty je placene NEHLIDANE parkoviste pro hotelove hosty.
