The room too small and the cleaning material which has Used for bathroom was allergied for my Hausband and je had breathing difficulties. The bedside had Lot of dust. We had to leave the Hotel next Morning . The Manager of the Hotel was very Kind and helpfull
reception staff bed parking

The bar menu was very reasonably priced with a good selection of options.
The breakfast was ridiculous at £10 each!
Very good braekfast
working wifi clean rooms flat IPTV good breakfast locality
emotionless staff price
good location for tram to city centre good room size decent breakfast some nice places to eat nearby
no fitness centre generally lacklustre, not the sort of place for a cosy drink
personal free wifi good location
small shower corner dirty windows
Helena Kucerova as receptionist was excellent.
Furnishings showing wear and tear. No bar.
Very clean rooms, clean and nice smelling sheets and towels. Nice view from the window (6th floor). Bright airy room. Nice location near a park.
The whole hotel was reeking of pungent smells of deep fried(and burnt) food during breakfast hours. There was allways cigarette smoke smell in our bathroom (probably from other, smoking rooms). The staff...at best can be described as akward. (I think they're stuck in the '70s).
Good view Interesting building
No kettle in room
Spacious modern room with a view. Very comfortable bed. Lots of hot water and a great shower. As a solo traveler I felt very safe. The receptionists spoke very good English. The hotel was very close to major tram routes into the city and there was a ticket machine in the hotel foyer. A good breakfast at 13 Euros.
The parking space was pretty expensive.
shower gel was empty
The rooms were really clean and big enough to spend some time there. The staff was friendly and lunch/dinner at the restaurant was good and not too expensive.
Breakfast was too expensive and did not taste really good.
Customer Serivce Room Size Shower/bath Internet Cost
AC was not the best
some new perks (welcome fruit and water)
poor TV schema (half of programs didnt work at all)
My suite was nice service was good as well.
Location no restaurants of value close
Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable
Breakfast is rather expensive, very small TVs
Free wifi although it dropped constantly. Bath robes & slippers provided.
When checking in the reception staff rushed me through and did not explain any of the hotel facilities, location of restaurants etc. In general I found the staff very cold and not at all engaging. It was very hard to know who the staff were as there didn't seem to be any sort of hotel uniform. I appreciate that this hotel is going through some sort of refurbishment but this is definately NOT a 4 star hotel, I would struggle to even give it 3 stars. I had a room on the 9th floor and the walls were dirty, there was what looked like red paint (I hope it was) on the bedside cabinet, lamp shade, the headboard, walls and ceiling. The shower cubicle was very small and anybody who is larger than average would struggle to shower comfortably. If you are looking for something down market then this is the place for you, I would not recommend it otherwise.
Very closed to the tram. We needed a place to sleep for three nights. Good place to stay.
Parking spot price. Too high!
Staff in reception.
Mattress was too soft.
It was close to a tram station but the tram station is close to nothing.
Very unfriendly reception. Hotel is in major need of an upgrade - whoever said this was a four star hotel should have their head read.
Breakfast was really good.
