I liked this hotel two much ,We were a new couple for honey moon and they upgraded us in the best room at the hotel with the the terrace at the fifth floor. |

Great reception people(mostly the man that we found when we arrived 16nov.6.00 in morning)very helpfull people we asked to change the room and the did it with no problem!!excellent room on 4floor!!very clean room,very nice breakfast,near to the city!!nice restaurant near to hotel!! the Lobby bar 'one' of the girl that was working there not very friendly(the short one,i dont know name)the other was ok.!!!!something to eat except at the breakfast(sandwitch or anything else)!!fridge on the room!! |

A good night sleep for a fair value. Din't expect luxury but all the basics you need in a hotel room. Good selection of TV programs in all languages. Facilities and decoration are simple which justifies the good price. |

Our two rooms were apart from each other when we checked in. The staff were very helpful rearranging the rooms for us. And both rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast had good choices including both hot and cold food. The hotel is very close to the river the walk along the river was really pleasant. There's one night on our way back to the hotel, there were some young fellows a few doors away on the street aparently drunk and were making lots of noises. |

Rooms were spotless, new, very nice. Check out was easy. Breakfast was nice forms at checkin were long, and asked for a lot of information. Took too long as we had to fill out one for each of the 4 of us |

Excellent location. Most important touristic attractions and city center within walking distance. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. We booked a double room where smoking was allowed. Instead, we got a twin room where smoking was not allowed. Also, the view was just on the back wall of the building. |

it was ideally situated for the sights and the town centre, it also had a good range of restaurants around the vicinity to most peoples liking. the hotel was only 5-10mins walk to the old town square. it can get a little noisy later on at night because of the brewery next door when the clientele come out. |

The staff was very helpful about the parking place. The locations is excellect, close to the very important sights. Yes, there was no hot water in the morning. We were offered another room to take a shower, But if there was hot water in another room, why wasn't it in ours? |

Nicely furnished rooms with a clean and comfortable touch. Free internet is always a plus! The breakfast room was far too small, not enough to host all guests. The hotel was a bit distant in terms of you didnt really feel at home ...The lobby bar was shabby.. Some old guys sitting their at all hours.. |

I stayed here for 3 nights and I would recommend the hotel to my best friends, lovely clean hotel, helpful staff, great location and great breakfast and yes, great value for money, you won't be disappointed! |

I liked the friendliness and professionalism of the the staff, the room itself, especially the bathroom, the hotels position near the town centre and proximity to metro and bus routes. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. These are available in British hotels. |

Air-conditioned room which other hotels in Prague do not have. When we booked the rooms, the description mentioned there was bath tube in the room. However, your Hotel had provided one room without bath tube. |

Breakfast was good. Reasonably well placed to town. Bed was comfortable. Small bar was good for late night snacks. Shower was poorly designed. Room was quite dreary and hotel artwork was terrible. Soap rin dispensers in bathroom ran out. |
